Our Mission Statement
Lubenians is a non-profit charitable corporation registered with the
Office of the Secretary of State of California and approved by the
taxation authorities in the USA under the provisions of Section 501(c)
(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and 23701d of the Franchise Tax
Board of California.
Our organization, born of a desire to help fellow human beings and
promote mutual understanding, friendship and cooperation has the
following specific objectives and purposes:
a) To operate as a non-profit charitable organization with the primary
objectives of initiating charitable activities such as providing assistance
to victims of calamities:
b) To provide relief for the poor, the distressed and the underprivileged:
c) And to extend aid to charitable entities and other similar non-profit
public organizations exempt under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal
Revenue Code.
To accomplish the above objectives, our organization has to raise funds
by soliciting donations from the public and appropriate the funds in
accordance with the priorities approved by the Board of Directors guided
mainly by the needs of the poor and giving priority to the most urgent
cases of distress and suffering.
Our organization is continually recruiting members and donors to assist
us in funding our charitable projects. Anyone interested to join us or help
us accomplish our goals may contact any of our officers, directors and
members.
