Clean, well managed store. Fairly large selection of GF foods scattered throughout the store. Nice deli that can prepare some GF items such as omlets, etc. I have called ahead and ordered a flourless, chocolate cake that was wonderful. The cook told me that they may begin making GF bread. Ask at the deli.

Two stores in Lubbock. Carries a nice selection of GF items and is happy to make special orders for you. Look for breads, muffins, cookies and donuts in the frozen food section. In the dry food isle, look for cookies, crackers, pasta and mixes. If you're a member of the Lubbock Celiac Group, ask for a 10% discount. Some clerks will do it and others won't. It doesn't hurt to ask.
