| WHAT WILL YOU GET FROM THE COURSE ? As well as being taught the exercises you will receive a simple teaching regarding the best time of day to do the exercises. You will be told why the exercise is good for you and on which part of the body it is working. You will receive printouts of all the exercises and an explanation guide to help you when you are practising by yourself. YOU WILL ALSO HAVE FUN. WHAT TO WEAR Light comfortable clothing, (eg t-shirt and jogging suit) layers are best. WHAT TO BRING TO THE COURSE? A notepad and pen. A blanket to cover yourself during the relaxation sessions.
