Marcel has studied Judo for 10 years, he enjoyed the discipline and dedication of both body and mind.
Lynda has been practising Alternative Therapies for many years and also offers you treatments in Reiki,Sound Healing and Reflexology.
Our passion for Lu Jong started in Nepal where a friend of ours showed us this ancient art. We were so impressed by the results that we travelled to India where we both qualified as Lu Jong teachers, after participating in a extensive training course.We have now taught in India,Switzerland,Scotland and New Zealand
We continue to practise everyday and are always happy to share this with new people.
