KGB Army Shirt Order Form

 

This order form is for the KGB Army custom made shirt. Donations for the “Drug War” are made out to in the form of cash, check or money order to:

All shirts will be made for the wearer by General 2High and custom designed by the wearer. I will be happy to send you two free shirts (one of them is a white KGB Army logo shirt) and you pay no shipping or handling fees. All donations must be a minimum of $20.00. If you’re a KGB Army member and you donate, or if you join and make a $20.00 donation when you join, I will give you a free white KGB Army logo shirt any size and your two custom shirts. Thanks for helping us out and we will put all donations into NORML or into the KGB Army. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. We are grateful for all your support!
