The Turning Point
When Tseung was suspected of being a US spy at
the end of 2006, many of his friends and supporters distanced themselves from
him. They did not return his phone
calls or e-mails. Many of the
phone call conversations on Lead-Out-Energy were mysteriously cut off. The communication with Tsinghua
University stopped. Lee comforted
Tseung, saying: “This is normal.
Once you are suspected of being a foreign spy, you will be
monitored. I am putting in a good
word for you. Your brainpower is
unquestioned. It will take time”.
There was continued good news from Wang
Shenhe. He communicated with
Tseung every few days and requested Tseung to promote his story and invention
on the internet. He had many
important visitors interested in his prototype and his explanation using the Lee-Tseung
Lead-Out theory. In July 2007, he
told Tseung that a group of important and influential companies in China had
raised a large sum of money. He
and other Lead-Out Energy inventors were invited to participate. He became one of the nine technical
vice presidents. There was no need
for Tseung to promote him and his invention any more. He tried to persuade the company to get Lee and Tseung
involved. But the timing was not
right as Tseung was still under suspicion. He said that if successful, if need be, he would help Tseung
from his own resources.
Tseung wanted to pass his knowledge on to
benefit the world. He participated
in many discussion forums. His
postings on the internet met with insults. He decided to find students and/or helpers. He met and talked to many possible
candidates. Some were graduates
who had good jobs and could not devote the time. Some were plainly interested in money and Tseung could not
afford to pay them a salary. Some
did not understand basic physics.
Finally, Tseung found Ms. Forever Yuen who had just passed her Hong Kong
School Certification Examination.
She was looking for a summer job.
|
Comments from the
Editor and reviewers: (a) Tseung was looking for helpers. He offered small monetary
rewards. He knocked on many
doors. Forever Yuen was the only
one who answered. Many internet
forum members made fun of Forever.
She had to endure the jeers previously directed at Tseung. (b) When Forever becomes successful (which is
almost a certainty now), what would people say? Was that luck?
Was answering the knock of opportunity worth it? Opportunity knocks at every door but
most people do not answer. They
then complain about their bad luck. (c) When you read this book, opportunity
effectively knocks at your door.
Can you hear it? Will you
become innovative? Will you be
able to define what are meaningful economic activities? Will you be able to present the
material to others? Will you be
able to invent another Lead-Out Energy device? |
7.1
The participation of Ms. Forever Yuen
When Tseung participated in the discussion
forums, he used various different usernames. He enjoyed using different virtual personalities to express
different points of view. When
Forever joined, Tseung had a real person to talk to.
Tseung knew that Forever was not in the same
league as the Tsinghua University professors or research students. He tried to explain every small step
and every detail. That turned out
to be beneficial to both and possibly to the world also. For example, Tseung asked Forever to
actually purchase the magnets, the stopwatches and did the magnetic pendulum
experiment. Forever was good at
taking photos, videos and documenting the experimental details. It was fun sessions for her. Her laughter and occasional silliness
made Tseung feel young again.
Tseung treated her as if she were his granddaughter.
Forever did many simple
proof of concept experiments including:
l
The parallelogram
of forces experiment with three scales.
That was just a repeat of her school physics experiment done a few years
earlier.
l
Replacing one of
the scales with a lead weight to turn the standard parallelogram of forces
experiment to that of the pulled pendulum. The pulled pendulum was the key to explaining the Lee-Tseung
Lead-Out theory.
l
The magnetic
pendulum experiment – which conclusively demonstrated that if gravitational
energy could be Led Out, then magnetic energy could also be Led Out in a
similar fashion.
l
Forever also
performed the Wang Shenhe four-legged-stool experiment which demonstrates that
a small tangential force applied to circular motion will accelerate that
circular motion. Wang used that
concept on ferro liquid and developed his electricity generator based on that
rotation.
l
The sling
experiment to illustrate the principle of the flying saucer – a water bottle
was attached to the end of a string.
The tendency of the water bottle to fly away in the tangential direction
was demonstrated.
Forever also did most of the Chinese typing and
much of the Chinese translation for Tseung. Her many hours on the computer or sending SMS messages on
her mobile phone paid off. Forever
also took over the video editing, computer software and hardware upgrading.
The most valuable contribution of Forever to the
project was her feedback to Tseung.
After Tseung taught her a certain concept, he then asked her to explain
it to him. Initially, Forever
asked for time in terms of days to digest the material. Tseung only gave her minutes. Forever learned to concentrate on the learning
sessions and immediately asked questions if there was the smallest doubt.
Forever mastered every bit of the technology and
was able to help to train other presenters. Tseung wanted to train her up as CEO of a new energy
company. Tseung even wanted her
company to exceed the achievements of Microsoft. She would rival Bill Gates in the history of the Corporate
World.
|
Comments from the
Editor and reviewers: (a) I, Forever, felt like getting a new tennis
racquet from Tseung. Tseung encouraged
me to be the tennis champion of the World. I know that there will be coaching, practice, competition
etc. There will be different
skills to master – forehand, backhand, top-spin, slice, service, footwork
etc. Much time must be
invested. That also means less
time available for other things. (b) Not many people have a chance to build a
Company that will rival Microsoft in excellence and value. The Lead-Out-Energy and the flying
saucer company theoretically can rival computers in stature. I hope to have fun in building such a
company. I hope Tseung will not
put too much pressure on me. (As
a comparison, I know I can be a good tennis player and master all the basic
techniques. But that may not
make me a World Champion. I have
to win many matches to build up that confidence.) (c) I shall write and improve a business plan
of my company, now named “Forever Innovative Unlimited” (FIU). You can do something similar. Will you form a company to benefit
yourself and the world? |
7.2
The two Forum Members – Devil and Top Gun
Tseung asked Forever to introduce some of her
friends and classmates to him. He
wanted to train up a few more helpers.
None of them worked initially.
Some read the articles on the overunity forum and said: “You have many people
jeering at you. I do not feel good
being jeered”. Some said: “There
is too much physics and mathematics.
I get confused”.
Previously, Tseung just ignored the jeering or
abusive posts on the internet forums.
He treated that as being part of the insult training. When he realized that his passive
attitude invited more abusive posts and was affecting his forming of a team, he
decided to create the virtual person – “the Devil”.
“Tseung888” could still remain calm and polite
on the internet while Devil could mount counterattacks. Devil could have impolite message
exchanges with the debunkers. That
actually drew more viewers to the thread.
That made the message exchanges more exciting and fun. Here is an example post from Devil:

utilitarian,
let me answer this one. |
Initially, Tseung posted his information as
public records for his contacts such as Tsinghua University, Chinese
Intelligence and inventors such as Wang.
He took the attitude of sowing seeds as described in the Bible. Some seeds would fall on rock. Some seeds would be stepped upon. Some seeds would grow amongst
thorns. Some would furnish and
bear fruit. After receiving
comments that the information on the internet was too difficult to follow,
Tseung decided to introduce the virtual person called “Top Gun”. The job of Top Gun was to answer technical
questions only.
Top Gun started his comments on the PowerPoint™ presentation at that time. He explained it slide-by-slide and waited for the
comments. Some of the forum
members gave constructive criticisms.
Top Gun made a slip with one of his drawings. That turned out to be blessing in disguise. Top Gun realized that many forum
members did not understand the basic physics concepts of force, displacement,
work and energy. The resolution of
a vector such as force or displacement into a vertical and a horizontal
component was also foreign to them.
After many posts, Top
Gun finally produced the following summary slide:
Essence of the Lee-Tseung Lead-Out
Theory
When a sideways pull
is applied to a simple pendulum, the Lead-Out gravitational energy is equal
to: The vertical component of the tension of the string
multiplied by the vertical displacement. So long as there is
tension on the string, gravitational energy will be Led Out. |
That summary and the
presentation at http://www.energyfromair.com/IOE_talk helped to
make more people learn and understand the Lee-Tseung theory via the internet.
|
Comments from the
Editor and reviewers: (a) The internet allows the creation of
virtual people. Tseung created
many virtual people on the different forums. His main personality is ‘ltseung888’. The posts from Devil are fun to
read. Some forum member even
called them ‘hilarious’. Devil
did not need to be polite. Devil
can trade insults. That created
much fun. (b) Top Gun focused on answering technical
questions. That allowed narrow
focus. The quality of
explanations improved. Some of
the sessions between ltseung888 and Top Gun are extremely informative. In reality, Tseung was answering his
own questions. He used this
technique to direct the discussion to where he wanted. (c) This use of virtual people may be an
innovative technique to be mastered.
Are you ready to create a virtual person to express your views on the
internet? |
7.3 The invitation from Major Todd
Hathaway from the USA
A major thing which helped to show that Tseung
was not a spy were the e-mails, phone calls and forum posts from Major Todd
Hathaway. Major Hathaway was an
energy consultant for the USA army.
He put the Tseung information on his website
http://altenergy.site90.com/. That website contains many well-known names in
the New Energy field, including:
Todd’s wife, Nora
Maccoby, is also a well-known figure in the Lead-Out-Energy field. On her website http://www.maccoby.com/nora/,
we found the following:
|
As an advisor to The
International Fund for China’s Environment (and currently serving on the
Board of Directors), Nora led a three week (November 2005) international
clean energy delegation, meeting with Chinese mayors, business leaders,
provincial government leaders, NGO and Chinese Government Planning and Reform
Commission members to discuss energy projects, diplomacy and way-ahead
strategies to develop international clean energy partnerships and alliances. Since 2005, Nora has been
working with the Department of Defence to enact a new DoD energy directive
highlighting conservation, energy efficiency, and the use of renewable energy
technology, as well as working with Congress to advise the bi-partisan Energy
Defence Working Group. She is a critical player in the Energy Consensus, a
Pentagon/DoD based, inter-departmental/inter-disciplinary network of energy
experts, thinkers, scientists, engineers, and leaders in the energy field,
tasked with developing “energy smart” policies and strategies. Nora’s advising of Secretary of Defence Rumsfeld in December 2005 on energy strategy helped establish a centralized DoD initiative which led to the creation of DoD’s Energy Conversation - www.energyconversation.org .
|
Tseung was invited to
participate in the www.energyconversation.org activities and
the ‘2008 Alternative
Energy/Healing Partnership Conference’ (AEPC 2008). Tseung passed all that information to
Lee. Lee said to Tseung a few
weeks later: “You are no longer regarded as a spy. You have put enough information on the internet to show that
you really wanted to benefit the world.
I also get clearance to visit Japan to talk about possible
co-operation. By the way, your
economic ideas are also being well received”.
|
Comments
from the Editor and reviewers: (a) When Tseung first showed
me the e-mail from Major Todd Hathaway, I was somewhat skeptical. I did not believe a USA Army Officer
would reveal his true identity.
As time progressed, I realized that Major Hathaway totally believed in
the Lee-Tseung theory. He even
participated in the overunity.com forum. He got his share of the abuse. (b) I hope that the Tseung
assumption is right – the USA and China are moving towards a path of
international co-operation. If
that happens, the world will benefit. What do you think? |
7.4 The involvement of
the Military College Alumni of China
Lee also asked Tseung to go
to Shenzhen to meet members of his Military College Alumni. Lee said: “They all have read about
you. They want to meet you in
person even though they know that you do not speak Putonghua”. Tseung was happy about not being
labelled as a spy any more and went willingly.
The first group represented a
Science Park in Sichuan, the province that suffered the earthquake in May
2008. The three-member team spent
two days with Lee and Tseung. They
took photos, notes and recorded the conversations. Later they showed a list of their staff and
consultants. That list was very
impressive and included many existing or retired members of the Chinese Space
Program, the China Academy of Science and Presidents of many engineering
companies. They said that they
would start some of the research immediately and invited Lee and Tseung to
visit some time in the future.
However, Tseung could not be involved in any project related to the
Military.
The next group represented
the Alumni of the Beijing Aeronautical University. They were interested in the Kinetic Theory of Gases in
Motion. Some did research work for
the Chinese Military and was familiar with the political structure. They discussed the flying saucer
concept at great length and concluded that China had the capability to develop
it. They said that the information
would be passed to the Senior Officials in charge of the China Space program. They repeated the statement that Tseung
could not be involved in any project related to the Military. Lee could. Lee and Tseung discussed the issue at length. The final decision was that Tseung,
based in Hong Kong, would concentrate on writing his book intended to benefit
the world and Lee would handle all communications in China, especially with the
Military.
The
Alumni asked Lee and Tseung to do an open seminar at Shenzhen University.
|
Comments
from the Editor and reviewers: (a) I was at the Shenzhen
University Seminar. I joined the
lunch afterwards. The
participants, especially the ones who chose to join the lunch, were eager to
learn more and they were excited. (b) The fact that Tseung
could not participate in any project involving the Chinese Military may be
another blessing in disguise.
Tseung is free to post whatever he wants. This freedom enables him to be much more innovative. |
7.5 The presentation at
Shenzhen University
There were over a hundred participants in the
open seminar in March 2008 at Shenzhen University. The participants included professors, the military, local
energy officials and many entrepreneurs and students. The presentation material was circulated well in advance.
The seminar was extremely successful. The participants were well
qualified. The questions were
intelligent and much information was exchanged before and after the
seminar. Many studied the
presentation material in advance and read the many posts on the internet. The PowerPoint™ presentation material
was in Chinese and Lee included some discussion on the use of pulse force to
cure diseases. After
the seminar, fifteen excited participants joined together to have lunch. Many were interested in the follow-ups.
One of the follow-ups was a trip by the
professors to Beijing. They met
Professor Zhao at Tsinghua University and confirmed that Tsinghua University
was interested in the technology and already did considerable work in that
field. They talked to Wang Shenhe
on the phone but could not go for an actual visit as the Company wanted to keep
all information confidential until the big world-wide announcement.
Some started to work on various known
prototypes. Tseung was excluded
from participating, as there was support from the Military.
Another follow-up was the formation of the
Energy Institute in Hong Kong in May 2008.
|
Comments from the Editor and reviewers: (a) Tseung was happy for China when he knew
that the Military was actually working on the Lead-Out-Energy devices. He said he did not mind not being directly
involved. He knew that the
Chinese Military engineers would read his posts. (b) At the same time, he knew that the USA and
other countries would read his posts.
When one of the Lead-Out-Energy devices (e.g. the Wang electricity
generator) gets demonstrated, the Lee-Tseung theory will be accepted. (c) He wanted to train as many people as
possible. He wanted to have
enough presenters. He asked
Forever to recruit other students for him. He talked about training Forever as the CEO of a company more
influential than Microsoft. His
vision of getting at least a million Hong Kong students trained when a
Lead-Out-Energy device gets demonstrated may be reality. (d) Tseung may be a dreamer. But his dreams are logical and
plausible. His bigger dream of
benefiting the world may also be a reality. Will you dream with him? |
7.6
The presentation at the Institute Of Energy in Hong Kong
One of the participants
in the Shenzhen University seminar was Dr. James Wong. Dr. Wong was a guest lecturer at Hong
Kong University. One of his
lecture topics was the use of sound or music to cure or help to cure certain
illnesses. He was excited and
wanted to do something concrete.
Mr. Peter Chan and Mr. Sun introduced him at the seminar. He was aware that Sun was working on
some prototypes with the help of Wang Shenhe.
He, too, did not have the necessary security clearance in China to participate in any project from the Military. He invited Tseung and a lawyer friend, Mr. Tan Bi Hong, to start an Institute of Energy in Hong Kong. He wanted to participate in this interesting project to benefit Hong Kong, China and the World. The decision was to separate all commercial activities from the academic activities of the Institute of Energy. The charter of the Institute of Energy is to share information amongst its members. The number of founder members was expected to exceed fifty. The number of general members, including the many on-line members participating via the internet, was expected to be in the millions.
The decision was to give a Press Conference and Tseung would present the Lee-Tseung Lead-Out theory. The presentation slides are available to the general public via
http://www.energyfromair.com/IOE_talk.
|
Comments from the Editor and reviewers: (a) Tseung will not get support from the Chinese Military. The Chinese Military believes that they can get all the help they need from Lee Cheung Kin. They also know that Tseung will share his knowledge in the internet forums. Thus not supporting him directly is no great loss. (b) This may actually be a blessing in disguise. Tseung is free to share his knowledge and insight with others. As the Bible says: “Some seeds may fall on fertile soil and bear fruit”. Are you that fertile soil? |
7.7 The Phone Call from
Mr. Wang Shenhe
After the Institute of Energy press conference, Wang called: “The Company supporting my invention will make a world announcement and demonstrate the large Electricity Generator. They would like to quote the Lee-Tseung Lead-Out Theory. One of the key Companies involved in this announcement is a Hong Kong listed company (stock number 00735)”.
Tseung immediately searched the Listed Company information in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He found that:
|
The parent company is another Hong Kong listed company – China Power International Development Limited (2380). China Power is one of the leading independent power producers in China. The Group's principle business is to develop, construct, own, manage and operate large plants in China. Their website is http://www.chinapower.hk.
Wang also mentioned that the Company was only interested in large power plants. They were not interested in the market for generators of less than 10 kW capacity. Wang’s legal agreement with them was for systems of more than 10 kW capacity. Wang would like to demonstrate his 5 kW electricity generator soon after the big Company world-wide announcement. Wang would also like to quote the Lee-Tseung Lead-Out Theory.
Would Tseung be interested in writing a book about himself and how he came up with the innovative ideas? Tseung started writing and got Forever to help him as the editor.
|
Comments from the Editor and reviewers: (a) I, Forever, have the opportunity to become the Chief Editor of this Book. Tseung estimated that the large electricity generator units suitable for electricity supply companies will sell more than a million units in the first year. The electricity supply companies do not need to buy coal or oil any more. These Lead-Out-Energy machines are non-polluting. They will soon be standard equipment. (b) Tseung believes that at least a million copies of his book will be sold. People will be curious about the development history of these inventions. They will want the information from the horse’s mouth! (c) I should use this opportunity well. Opportunity knocks. Shall I answer? |
