6.0 Participation in the various discussion forums

Tseung remembered the words of the fortune-teller many years ago.

“You are extremely special. Your fortune depends on your heart. If you have a kind heart and perform good deeds, you will be successful. The moment you become selfish and greedy, you will lose everything. In addition, after the age 55, if you still have a kind heart, you will achieve phenomenal success. A success that will dwarf all great men in history”.

In the memorandum, Wang, Lee and Tseung were supposed to receive HK $100 million each on the delivery of four working prototypes. There would be additional stock ownership. Tseung realized that his own greed blinded him. He should have thoroughly checked out the Chinese Company first. He had no more money and no more willing supporters.

He also remembered the words of a monk from Taiwan. In an Inventor Show in Taipei, a person approached Tseung and said that the monk wanted to meet Tseung for dinner. He got the attention of Tseung: “We funded the Dr. Liang car”. The monk held a very senior position and did National Ceremonies for the Government on special festivals. The monk was an engineer when young and was able to read English. He said that Tseung would succeed only if Tseung were not selfish and focused on benefiting the world.

Tseung then decided to set up a “Help Seedlings Innovate Foundation” and donate all income to this non-profit foundation.

He spent much time clarifying the Lee-Tseung Lead-Out theory and the Flying Saucer concept on the various discussion forums on the Internet. He focused on sharing the knowledge and benefiting the world.

(a) “Your fortune depends on your heart”. That is a very good statement no matter who says it. The speaker can be a Catholic Priest, a Christian Pastor, a Buddhist Monk or a Cambodian Fortune-teller. So long as Tseung believes it, he will perform good deeds.

(b) After these many months working together with Tseung, I do believe that he wants to benefit the world. I am sure that he can be tempted by money, fame and other human desires. After all, he is still human. However, I have confidence in him doing what is right for the world. It is important to be guided by a good ideal.

6.1 Having no support and being labelled as a possible spy

When Lee came back from Japan, he confirmed that his Chinese Military contacts did suspect Tseung as a US agent or spy. Lee told his contacts that he believed Tseung was just a genius scientist who was also a fool in business matters. Lee also told his contacts that Japan already developed flux-change-only devices which would lead-out energy from electron motion. The published Lee-Tseung PCT patent application was eagerly read by his Japanese contacts.

Wang Shenhe was lucky. He demonstrated his working prototype in front of five Chinese Officials in January 2007. Two of the Officials took the device apart and reassembled it themselves. The device rotated in front of their eyes and they took videos. Wang used the Lee-Tseung theory to explain the workings of his invention. After some thirty demonstrations to more Officials and Professors, Wang and other inventors got funding support. Wang put in many a good word for Tseung.

Tseung did the only thing he could – described his discoveries openly on the internet. That actually turned things around. He got e-mails and phone calls from Major Todd Hathaway of the USA Army. He passed all that information to Lee who further passed the information to his contacts. Tseung could not be a spy if all he knew was openly displayed on the internet to benefit the world.

(a) In Hong Kong and China, once a person is suspected as a foreign agent or spy, his career and future is doomed. Rumors spread fast. The average citizen will keep a distance. Tseung met with this fate.

(b) Tseung took the attitude that the average school-level Physics student could understand the Lee-Tseung Lead Out theory and his other ideas. The PCT patent information was already public knowledge. Whatever he posted would be clarification of such ideas. He cannot be a foreign agent if he teaches school-level Physics material on the internet.

(c) I believed that strategy worked. The US and Chinese military obviously understood the Lee-Tseung theory and more. There is no secret as far as the theory is concerned. Lead-Out-Energy devices and flying saucers can be designed and improved with the theory. Tseung strongly believes that China, the USA and other countries have already built Lead-Out-Energy devices and Flying Saucers that use the Lee-Tseung theory. The introduction of such devices to benefit the world is inevitable. It is just a matter of timing.

(d) I also believe that the obstacles to the Lead-Out-Energy devices and flying saucers are not technical. They are military and political. The possibility of a tiny, harmless Nation taking the lead in this field is totally possible. (A seventeen-year old girl building the number one company in the world is also possible).

6.2 Joined the Bessler Wheel Forum and got kicked out

The first forum Tseung participated was http://www.besslerwheel.com.

In 1712, Johann Bessler built a machine that he claimed was self-moving. By 1717, he had convinced thousands of people, from the ordinary to the eminent, that he had indeed discovered the secret of a self-sustaining mechanism. The machine underwent numerous tests and passed rigorous inspections. It was made to do heavy work for long periods, and in an official test it ran continuously for 54 days.

The internal design of the machine was always closely guarded by its inventor. Plagued by paranoia and a nasty temper, and with no patent laws to protect him, Bessler never arranged payment terms for the wheel. A bitter man, he took his secret to the grave and drifted into obscurity.

Tseung had a look at the design and concluded that it belonged to the class of rotation of unbalanced wheels. In an unbalanced wheel, either a weight has been added or certain part of the wheel has been removed. On rotating upwards, the extra weight would slow down the rotation. On rotating downwards, the extra weight would speed up the rotation. The speeding up and slowing down essentially simulates a Lee-Tseung Pulse and would lead out gravitational energy. The extra weight may move within restricted tubing with unequal padding.

Such an explanation fitted the Lee-Tseung Lead-Out theory. Tseung used the username ltseung888 and created the thread titled “Cosmic Energy Electricity Generators”. His first post stated: “Mystery of the Bessler Wheel completely solved. The source of energy is gravitational. The best explanation is via the swing or the pendulum. A working model which can generate 188 horse power has been produced”.

The forum members there did not like that approach and voted to have the thread moved to the fraud section. However the thread was viewed 50,000 times. Since it is an open and free forum, Tseung did not mind. He knew that the posts would be read later when one of the Lead-Out-Energy inventions obeying the Lee-Tseung Lead- Out theory got demonstrated. He could use it for recording purposes.

One important event was the involvement of Sun and his colleagues in trying to produce an unbalanced wheel machine. They performed many useful experiments and later worked with Wang Shenhe. Their website is http://www.dsk.cn. Many of their efforts are shown on YouTube.

In the figure, a and b are tubes with balls falling on unequal padded surfaces. There are permanent magnets c that will interact with coil d to extract electricity.

The wheel is started by hand, The falling balls on unequal padded surfaces provide the clockwise torque.

Figure 6-1 demonstrates the basic design of a Modern Bessler Wheel. The balls in tube a and tube b may have equal or unequal weight. In the clockwise rotation, the top ball strikes a solid surface. The bottom ball strikes a padded surface. This will provide a net clockwise torque. The unbalanced wheel rotation will Lead-Out gravitational energy as predicted by the Lee-Tseung theory. However, the rate of rotation must match the falling action of the balls. The permanent magnets c and the coil d will interact to draw out electricity and slow down the rotation. The distance between c and d and/or the amount of current drawn out can be adjusted to provide the necessary tuning.

(a) Tseung believes that the Bessler Wheel was actually built and functional. He says that it is just an unbalanced wheel. An organization with the right resources and support could reproduce it.

(b) That influenced Sun and his colleagues to take on the task. They did not use the obvious path of reproducing the Bessler Wheel. They used the Tseung theory and started their own innovative designs. Some of their attempts are displayed in the above YouTube videos.

(c) Sun and his colleagues finally chose the best path and teamed up with Wang Shenhe through Tseung. They produced two Wang prototypes with transparent plastic cases. The inner components can be seen. Once the correct ferro liquid, the permanent magnets and magnetic shielding materials were used, the device would spin. The video is available on http://www.dsk.cn. There is no more doubt as to the working of the Wang device.

(d) If you were the inventor of a machine similar to the Bessler Wheel, would you take the secret with you to your grave or would you share it with the world like Tseung does?

6.3 The Steorn Forum and the failure of the Steorn Demonstration

Steorn Ltd. is a small privately held technology development company based in Dublin, Ireland.

The company drew the attention of the mainstream media in August 2006 by placing a full-page advertisement in The Economist, claiming to have developed a technology that produces "free, clean, and constant energy" and challenging the scientific community to review its claim.^[2][a] In December 2006 the company announced that they had chosen a jury of scientists to test their claim.^[3]

This is, in essence, a claim that the company has developed free energy technology, or a perpetual motion machine. Such technology would violate the fundamental laws of thermodynamics particularly the first law. To date, no evidence supporting the company's claim has been made available to the public.

Tseung participated in that forum (http://www.steorn.com) and started several threads under the username ‘ltseung888’. Tseung used that free forum to promote the Lee-Tseung Lead-Out theory. The Steorn Forum was read by a very large number of viewers in late 2006 because of the Steorn advertisement. However, they failed in their announced prototype demonstration in June 2007. That destroyed their credibility.

From the scanty information on the Steorn Forum, Steorn might have hit on a case of extracting energy via rotation of magnets in a pulsed magnetic field. Steorn did not have the theory and just tried to reproduce the same event via trial and error.

Tseung always used the analogy of pushing a swing to explain the importance of applying the pulse force at the right time. If one wants a swing to swing higher, one must push it at the appropriate time. If one pushes the swing at the wrong time, the swing will not swing higher and may even stop. Many inventors did not realize this and just experimented blindly. They could accidentally hit on a workable setup. When they tried to scale up or move the device to a different environment, the device would fail. Tseung suspected that Steorn might be one of these cases.

Our Claim

Orbo produces free, clean and constant energy - that is our claim. By free we mean that the energy produced is done so without recourse to external source. By clean we mean that during operation the technology produces no emissions. By constant we mean that with the exception of mechanical failure the technology will continue to operate indefinitely.

The sum of these claims for our Orbo technology is a violation of the principle of conservation of energy, perhaps the most fundamental of scientific principles. The principle of the conservation of energy states that energy can neither be created or destroyed, it can only change form.

Because of the revolutionary nature of our claim, not only to the world of science but to the world in general, Steorn issued a challenge to the scientific community in August 2006 to test our technology and report their findings. The process of validation that has resulted from this challenge is currently underway, with results expected by the end of 2007.

Tseung withdrew from that forum after Steorn lost credibility. However, much information can still be retrieved via search of the username ltseung888 in that discussion forum (http://www.steorn.com/forum/ ).

(a) The Steorn event was discussed widely on the internet. Their forum (http://www.steorn.com/forum) was once widely read. Their announced public demonstration was eagerly anticipated. When it failed, it was seen as a great blow to the developers of free-energy devices.

(b) Some people commented that Steorn was bought secretly by big oil money. It did not bother Tseung at all. Tseung always said that over-unity devices violate the Law of Conservation of Energy. His Lead-Out-Energy device does not.

6.4 The Overunity Forum and the many insults

Tseung then participated in the overunity forum (http://www.overunity.com). He started the thread titled “The Lee-Tseung Lead-Out Theory”. The thread became one of the most visited threads.

Tseung started the thread on 20th July 2007 with the following post:

I finally found what might be the right place to discuss the Lee-Tseung Lead-Out theory. Here is a brief extract:

Boat in Calm Water and Good Sunshine Scenario
The Patent Offices and the Scientific Community used the Law of Conservation of Energy as a roadblock for perpetual motion machines (PPM) for centuries. The Law of Conservation of energy essentially says that Energy cannot be created or destroyed. It can only change from one form to another. If the source of energy of an invention cannot be identified, the invention is likely to be classified as an impossible PPM.

The Boat in Calm Water and Good Sunshine Scenario is simple. If a scientist does not know how to use solar energy, he might wrongly apply the Law of Conservation of Energy and advocate the use of muscle energy to move the boat. If he knows how to use solar energy, he can relax and let the solar panel powered engine move the boat. The Law of Conservation of Energy is never violated.

All objects are immersed in gravitational fields. Newton’s Universal Gravitational Law says that two masses attract each other with a force proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. The Earth rotates around the Sun according to this Law. All objects, including our bodies, obey this law. We attract and are attracted by the Sun, the Moon, the Distant Stars and Each Other. Movement of such objects will have energy exchanges (Work = Force x displacement). If an invention uses such gravitational energy, it does not violate the Law of Conservation of Energy. In the Lee-Tseung PCT Patent Application (PCT/IB2005/000138), we used the term “Lead-Out”. This source of gravitational energy is non-polluting, available anywhere and almost inexhaustible.

An even more powerful source is the Electron-Motion Energy. Electrons are present in all atoms. They are usually thought of as negatively charged particles rotating around the nucleus. The rotation gives rise to magnetic fields. The changing of orbits gives rise to electromagnetic waves. Their clustering gives rise to electrostatic fields. Their movement along conductors gives rise to electricity that we depend on daily. Sunlight is just a form of electromagnetic wave. Radio waves, TV waves are other forms of electromagnetic waves. We are immersed in such waves. If an invention uses such immersed Electron-Motion Energy, it does not violate the Law of Conservation of Energy.

The Lee-Tseung theory predicts that both gravitational and electron-motion energy can be Lead Out via Pulse Force at resonance on oscillating, vibrating, rotating or flux- change systems. The detailed mathematical proof is via the analysis of the simple pendulum during the application of a pulse force. The pulse force increases the tension of the string and Leads Out gravitation energy. For a horizontal pulse force, two parts of pulse energy can Lead Out one part of gravitational energy. The gravitational energy is not created but Led Out. This Lead-Out energy source has not been understood by the Patent Offices, the Scientists and many Inventors in the past. Use of this Lead-Out energy does not violate the Law of Conservation of Energy.

The forum members are not trained physicists like those at Tsinghua University. Many did not have the necessary Physics background. Some may even be paid debunkers. A few kept posting insults. Tseung treated those posts as a form of insult training. In addition, the overunity forum contains much good information related to many over-unity inventions. Tseung found it helpful. In this one forum, Tseung could find information on most of the better known over-unity inventions. Almost all of the over-unity inventions described could be explained by the Lee-Tseung Lead-Out theory. Tseung now calls them Lead-Out-Energy inventions and not over-unity inventions.

(a) Some may argue that posting in a public forum is a waste of energy and time. Most of the forum participants are not qualified. Some could not even distinguish the scientific terms of mass and weight; energy and work; distance and displacement etc. Some of the posts are hilarious. One example was a forum member believing that the Earth has a fixed pool of gravitational energy. This pool could be used up and the Earth would lose its gravitational pull. (b) Tseung told me that posting on public forums are not a waste of time. Sooner or later, scientists will read the posts. These posts serve as a record of the thought process. Even if the existing forum members cannot follow, it does not matter. The future ones with the right background will understand.

(d) Have you visited the overunity.com forum lately? You can get the latest posts from Tseung there. You can even post questions to him directly.

6.5 The various over unity devices

The term over-unity devices is used for devices which have an output energy which is greater than their input energy. If we input 100 units of energy to a normal machine, it will use some of the energy to overcome friction and the useful output energy will be less than 100 units. This has been accepted by the scientific community for centuries and is known as the Law of Conservation of Energy.

In the case of over-unity devices, if we input 100 units of energy, we can get more than 100 units back. This is believed to be absolutely impossible and in violation of the Law of Conservation of Energy.

However, as an example, in the case of Lead-Out-Energy devices, if we input 100 units of energy, we lead out another 50 units of gravitational energy. The total energy going into the device is 150 units. Thus even if we use 20 units to overcome friction, the device can still output 130 (150 –20) units of energy. If 100 of the 130 units of output energy is fed back to the input, another 50 units can be led out again. The process repeats and we essentially have a working ‘perpetual motion’ machine. This concept does not violate the Law of Conservation of Energy. The following diagram was produced from the discussions in the overunity forum.

Figure 1 represents the well-known fossil fuel engines. These engines obey the Law of Conservation of Energy. They are accepted by the scientific community.

Figure 2 represents the Over Unity Devices. Many Over Unity Device Inventors did not know the source of their energy. Some claimed that they have violated the Law of Conservation of Energy. They could create energy from nothing. Steorn and the EBM machines from Hungary are examples. They are rejected by the scientific community.

Figure 3 represents the Lead-Out-Energy Devices. Lee and Tseung showed that such devices are possible and adhere to the existing laws of physics. These devices do not violate the Law of Conservation of Energy. Tseung expects the scientific community will accept them in the very near future.

Lee-Tseung used the simple pendulum pulled by a horizontal force to prove mathematically the correctness of the above. This theoretical breakthrough totally changed the scientific attitude towards over-unity devices. Many of these over-unity devices are Lead-Out-Energy devices. Thus Lee and Tseung do not need to invent their own prototypes. They can pick and choose many existing prototypes. The following describes some of their choices.

(a) Tseung introduced the Lead-Out-Energy device concept to overcome the objections from the physicists. These physicists will withdraw their objections when they know that the Law of Conservation of Energy is not violated.

(b) However, the Patent Offices around the World will have problems with the many already rejected perpetual-motion machine patent applications. The applicants could claim that their devices were actually Lead-Out-Energy devices. I do not know what the outcome would be. But it will be interesting to watch.

Figure 6-2 demonstrates the principle of the common rotational Lead-Out-Energy device.

There are permanent magnets PM1 to PM4 at the rim of a rotating wheel. There is an electromagnetic coil EC to provide the Lee-Tseung pull. The same or another coil can be used to collect the electric current.

In Figure 6-2, the electromagnetic coil EC is driven by pulsed DC current. This means that the end closer the wheel will exhibit the property of a North Pole, No Pole, North Pole, No Pole etc. When the permanent magnet PM1 is in the position shown and when EC exhibits the property of a North Pole, there will be magnetic repulsion – providing a clockwise motion. When the wheel starts turning, the EC will become No Pole. Thus there will be no repulsion when PM2 approaches EC. However, when PM2 moves to the position of PM1 shown in the figure, EC shows the property of a North Pole to provide repulsion again. This explains why the Newman, Bedini, Liang and the 225 HP Pulse Motor all use pulsed DC current to drive the electromagnetic coil.

There must be a mechanism to generate electricity. One technique is to use the rotating axle. A better technique is using collector coils. The same electromagnetic coil EC can be used as a collector coil (as in the case of the Newman and Bedini Motors). A separate electromagnetic coil may be used as the collector coil (as in the case of the Adams and the 225 HP pulse motors). The 225 HP pulse motor is superior because of its program control. It has many electromagnetic coils which can be programmed to become drive coils or collector coils depending on the external load.

(a) When we first examine the Newman and the Bedini motors, we tried to follow their entire explanation. We had to learn new concepts such as back EMF and Zero-Point Energy. It was very confusing.

(b) Then Tseung asked us to ignore all their explanations and focus on relating their design to the Lee-Tseung Lead-Out theory. The problem becomes extracting energy from a pulse-rotated system in a magnetic field. The solution is then obvious.

(c) This is the test of a good physics theory. Does it violate any existing concepts? Can it be applied in different situations? No wonder that Tseung does not need to examine the more then 300 claimed Lead-Out-Energy inventions in detail.

(d) Can you apply the Lee-Tseung theory to the Liang motor? Can you apply the Lee-Tseung theory to the Tsinghua electricity magnifier?

6.5.1 Tsinghua University Electricity Magnifier

The picture above, shows the Electricity Magnifier from Tsinghua University. Lee and Tseung saw and got the video from Professor Zhao during their first meeting in July 2006. The video was taken on 4th January 1996. The invention is working in a factory. The main part of the invention consists of three coupled cylinders. The magnification is in three stages. The overall magnification is about 30 times.

The inventor could not explain the source of the extra energy. At one stage he was even accused of stealing electricity. But careful testing by the relevant authorities including Tsinghua University proved that he was innocent. The professors and research scientists from Tsinghua University spent over ten years trying to figure out from where the extra energy was coming. They found the answer when Lee and Tseung explained the Lee-Tseung Lead-Out theory to them.

The basic explanation is the Leading Out of energy from gravity via pulsed rotation. In the discussions at Tsinghua University, the professors admitted that they focused on the rotation of three coupled cylinders. Using that as a starting point was hopeless. When Lee and Tseung used the pulled pendulum as the starting point, the solution was simple and clear. Tseung remembered the logical thinking challenge of the five hats in secondary school. That training was always in his subconscious.

Professor Zhao contemplated using the Wang Shenhe Electricity Generator as the energy input device. If the Wang generator can generate 5 kW, the Tsinghua University can magnify it to 150 kW. It would be a win-win solution for both of them. However, Professor Zhao and his research team were more interested in the Lee-Tseung theory and the possible development of the flying saucer.

Tseung believes that Tsinghua University understood everything they presented in 2006 and much more. Some of the research projects there are funded by the Chinese Military and are classified as top secret. Tseung hopes some of these may soon be declassified and used to benefit the world.

(a) I still need much more training on this. When I see rotating cylinders, I should think swinging pendulums. These two seem totally disconnected. Sometimes one should not start from what one sees. One should start from a totally different point of view. It is like figuring out the tricks of a magician.

(b) I can understand the frustration of the Tsinghua Team spending years trying to figure out the source of the extra energy from the rotation of three coupled cylinders. Staring at these rotations is like staring at the tricks of a magician. The brain says that it is impossible. The eyes see that the impossible is happening. No wonder that they had to be careful. They have the reputation of Tsinghua University to protect. Telling the World that they have a device that creates energy from simple rotations is simply heresy. The solution is now clear. The invention is a Lead-Out-Energy device. The energy Led Out is gravitational energy.

(c) When one accepts the concept of Lead-Out-Energy device, the solution is obvious. I understand why the top research scientists at Tsinghua University accepted Lee and Tseung’s theory so readily. Can you understand?

6.5.2 The Wang Shenhe Electricity Generator

The above figure shows Mr. Wang Shenhe in his home with a prototype of his 1 kW Electricity Generator. When this photograph was taken, Wang was unknown and poor. Now he has both fame and fortune.

An improved version of this generator is now available for all to see and purchase. Sun and his colleagues helped to build a demonstration version with a clear plastic outer cylinder that can be seen at http://www.dsk.cn.

The device is a coupling of two systems. One is a ferro liquid rotation system. The other is a permanent magnet rotation system using the David Hamel effect. Both systems are Lead-Out-Energy systems. The energy Led Out is mainly magnetic or electron-motion energy. The best thing about this invention is the lack of any electronics. The device rotates as soon as it is assembled.

For more than forty years, Wang could not explain the source of energy. He had rotating prototypes but could not get support. When he used the Lee-Tseung theory to explain to Officials and Scientists the workings of his rotating prototype, he got funded - that process took thirty more demonstrations and six more months.

To be a Lead-Out-Energy device inventor is not easy, especially for the pioneers.

6.5.3 The Dr. Liang Car

The above figure shows Dr. Liang and his Hall-Effect IC-driven Engine.

If one uses a search engines and the Chinese name of Dr. Liang, one will find many matches. Most of the articles refer to him and his invention as the sixth most notorious scam of the year 2006. The only article supporting him is from Lee and Tseung.

Dr. Liang’s invention uses Intelligent Chips (ICs) which can exhibit the properties of a magnetic North Pole, South Pole or no magnetism. These ICs are referred to as Hall- Effect ICs. He placed hundreds of one type of these ICs on a stationary cylinder and used them to pulse-rotate another cylinder fitted with similar ICs of another type. The cylinders are aligned with their axle in the horizontal direction. The resulting motor could generate 188 horsepower. Such an engine was installed and demonstrated in a car videotaped on 10th Aug 2003.

Dr. Liang was supposed to demonstrate his car at the Holiday Inn in Zhuhai on 26th December 2006. His key exhibit was a working prototype car. He used the Chinese philosophy of Yin and Yang to explain the workings of his machine. No established academics would accept this explanation. It would have been better if he frankly admitted that he did not know the theory behind his working machine.

He got into legal problems because he authorized many agents to solicit funds for him. These agents gave false promises and many put the raised money into their own pockets. Some angry investors filed lawsuits when they heard about the demonstration. The demonstration was cancelled and the Chinese Authorities impounded the car. It was said that when the car was taken apart, the self-destruct mechanism was triggered and the car no longer worked. When there was no theory and no working car, Dr. Liang and his agents were found guilty of fraud. Many of the agents were imprisoned. The histories of the lawsuits can be traced through the search engines in the Chinese websites.

In reality, the

Dr. Liang car Leads Out gravitational energy via programmed pulse rotation. Dr. Liang could not figure out the source of energy by staring at the rotating cylinder (same situation at Tsinghua University). The car is efficient on level roads but the efficiency drops as the angle of tilt increases. Using it to climb up a steep slope is not recommended.

The joke circulated was that if one invited one’s girlfriend to a restaurant on top of a steep hill, one would have to ask the girlfriend to push the car up and most likely lose the girlfriend.

Comments from the Editor:

(a) Without theory and without a working prototype, a top innovator was called the sixth worst scam artist in 2006. The internet stories of Dr. Liang tell a very sad tale.

(b) What would have happened if Lee and Tseung had provided the theory and Dr. Liang demonstrated the working car in December 2006? That almost happened.

(c) Tseung took a different approach from Dr. Liang. He did not seek small angel investors. He knew that if he were to build actual prototypes, he needed many millions. He could stay on the theoretical side and the only expense would be his internet connections. He is not a skilled experimenter himself. He prefers to share the sweat and the limelight with others.

(d) Instead of pulse-drive permanent magnets; Liang pulse-drives ICs against other ICs. ICs are light and the current required can be very small. Can you follow this logic?

6.5.4 The 225 HP Pulse Motor

The picture above shows the 225 HP Pulse-motor from the USA. Their funds come from the Jupiter Funding Group. See http://www.jfg.us.com for further information about this.

This motor is the most advanced from the USA of which we have heard. The electromagnets on the outer cylinder pulse-rotate the inner cylinder which has permanent magnets mounted on it. Electron-Motion Energy and Gravitational Energy are both Led Out.

The inventor has had the working prototype since 1992. He has had visitors from the top universities in the USA including Harvard, MIT and Stanford, trying to explain the source of energy without any success.

It is just Pulse-Rotation of permanent magnets in Magnetic Fields. It is another Lead-Out-Energy device. The electromagnets on the outer cylinder repel the permanent magnets in the inner cylinder to provide the rotation. Energy can be drawn out either via some of the coils or from the rotating central shaft. Worldwide, there are other similar Lead-Out-Energy devices such as the Newman, Bedini, and Adams inventions. None the inventors understood the source of energy for their machines. They encountered objections from scientists who claimed that over-unity devices were impossible.

The clever part is the program control. The program can vary the Pulsing according to the External Load. The motor shown in the photograph above is made up of nine slices. Each slice can generate more than twenty horsepower.

The inventor and team of this device now understand the Lee-Tseung Lead Out theory in depth. They could also modify their design so that the rotating permanent magnets are on the outer cylinder. Magnetic attraction could be used to pulse-rotate and to provide the centripetal force. If the magnetic attraction force were cut, the permanent magnets would tend to fly away to provide the inertia propulsion force. The new arrangement would effectively be a flying saucer to be described in greater detail later.

Tseung expects this to be the flagship of the USA. However, the professors and research students at Tsinghua University all know the theory. Lee also shared the same information with his military contacts. The odds that China is working on similar devices are very high.

A slight modification backed up by theory changes the electricity generator to a flying saucer. Is that innovation at its best?

Tseung believes that after the 2006 meeting at Tsinghua University, both the Chinese and US scientists knew how to build the Lead-Out-Energy machines and the flying saucers. There were no more theoretical secrets. When he displayed his knowledge on the public forums, that knowledge would spread to all nations. When Wang Shenhe or any of the Lead-Out-Energy devices did their public demonstrations, there will be a good theory to back them up.

Lee Cheung Kin told Tseung that the Chinese Authorities no longer suspected him as an agent of the USA. Some Officials do not like him displaying all the information on the internet. Some Technical Officials say that since all information displayed by Tseung are school-level Physics, there was no leak of classified secrets. Hopefully, the world will listen to Tseung on both the technical and the economic ideas. This book will be a good start.

6.5.5 The EBM Machine

In October 2006, a group with headquarters in Hungary announced the EBM (Energy By Motion) machine. This group (Gamma Manager) is supported by the UK, the USA, Canadian and Hungarian funding. They invited scientists and buyers to visit their site in Hungary and place orders.

In their website (http://www.gammamanager.com ), they disclosed that China ordered a large EBM unit to be delivered in 2009.

From the description, the EBM system is a pulsed-rotation of permanent magnets in electromagnetic fields. They had tried several hundred configurations before succeeding. Professor Szab, their top scientist, came up with a difficult to understand theory. Few if any visitors understood that theory.

Tseung believes that it is another Lead-Out-Energy device. The configuration is the pulsed-rotation of permanent magnets in electromagnetic fields.

(a) The first statement from Gamma Manager in their website is:

“We are routinely producing with our EBM Power Plants several kilowatts well over unity with no pollution or emissions whatsoever!”

(b) That statement surely challenges the traditional physicists who, not unexpectedly raised the Law of Conservation of Energy as an objection. Many just dismissed the claim without doing any additional investigation.

(c) Tseung is using a different strategy. He introduced the Lead-Out-Energy concept in multiple forums first. He then waits for the actual demonstration of one of these Lead-Out-Energy devices. The most likely one that will work closely with him is the Wang Shenhe Electricity Generator. He also thinks the Chinese Government will back up such product announcement.

(d) One possibility he and Wang talked about is the giving of a working electricity generator to every nation on Earth. Wang does not have International Patents to protect his inventions. There will be many copycats as soon as the product is launched. Wang hopes to sign license agreements as quickly as possible. Tseung believes it might be the right time to introduce Mutual Credits. No matter what happens, the world will benefit. They do not want the secrets of the inventions to disappear when they die. They take a totally different point of view to that of Bessler.

(e) Tseung did not even try to understand the theoretical explanation of Professor Szab. You can read it via the http://www.gammamanager.com website. Can you understand it?

6.5.6 The Flying Saucer and the Inertia Propulsion Systems

We shall discuss the theory and the design of the Flying Saucers here. In the above diagram, a rectangular spaceship is moving to the left with constant velocity.

A person inside sends two balls with equal mass at equal velocity in directions perpendicular to the velocity of the spaceship.

The top ball hits a padded wall. The Force is given by the rate of change of momentum and is assumed to be F1.

The bottom ball hits a hard surface. The Force is F2.

F2 is greater than F1. Thus there is a net force F3 which acts in the direction of F2. The size of that net force is given by F3 = F2 – F1.

It is clear that it is possible to exert a force on the spaceship with just an action which takes place inside the spaceship, and without ejecting any material from the spaceship. This technique of exerting a force without ejecting any material is known as “Inertial Propulsion”. There are some 100 such patents in the US patent database. This branch of science has been largely ignored.

There are two requirements for the design of a Flying Saucer:

l A mechanism which can provide an unlimited amount of energy; and

l An inertial propulsion system which does not need to eject material from the spaceship.

We now have both mechanisms. The UFO sighting in Nanjing which is shown in a video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3Rc0HWPBII may not be a hoax.

The 4 rectangles represented by ‘a’ are programmable electromagnetic coils. They are stationary in the inner cylinder ‘b’.

The magnetic ball ‘c’ can rotate within the cylinder ‘d’ powered by magnetic attractive forces generated by the electromagnetic coils a. Such an arrangement is effectively a Lead-Out-Energy device. Some of the Lead-Out-Energy can be extracted via the programmable electromagnetic coils a.

The magnetic ball c glides on the surface of the stationary inner cylinder b and it’s speed can be very high.

When the magnetic attraction force is cut (or turned into repulsion), the magnetic ball c will fly away tangentially and hit surface e providing an effective force to move the unit (downwards in this example).

If the section of housing marked ‘e’ is moved to a different position by rotating the housing, the resulting force can be aimed in any direction.

The magnetic ball c can then be attracted back to repeat its circular motion ready for it’s next impact.

Two of these MPUs can work in unison (spinning in opposite directions) to provide smooth motion of the vehicle.
