Lets get Started
Open a 500 x 500 blank canvas,flood fill with white,(don' t worry we will resize later) Open your supplies in psp and minimize for now. Open your car image and paste as new layer and move to bottom of canvas.
X out your car layer and highlight your white background layer and go to effects-filters unlimited2-special effects2 - keyhole and apply.while on background click on your magic wand settings as follows

Click in center of keyhole,you should have marching ants around it,
go to selections,modify,expand by 3 and apply. Open male image and copy,paste into selection,then selections -none. Open car layer back up. Copy & paste female image onto canvas as new layer and position at bottom on the right side so that some of her is hidden behind car image. Copy & Paste wallet as new layer and position where you want,i resized mine but thats up to you.. Open key image as new layer and position on wallet and add drop shadow of your choice.
Now time to add text,pick 2 colors from your image as your FG & BG,
Click on text tool -create as vector, size 36, stroke 2 and type your text in,I used RideMe Vroom Vroom. Convert to raster . Add your name and copyrights and merge all layers visible . Resize image - image-resize 70 x 70 percent, bicubic ticked,all layers ticked and save as jpeg..
