Open a 600 x 600 blank canvas , pick a dark blue for your background,i chose #0000C0 & floodfill your canvas,next open your mask that i provided in psp and click on layers -mask layer from image and find the lpdmask-102,source luminance ticked & invert mask data ticked & apply. right click on mask layer and merge group. Add new raster layer & move this layer below your mask layer & X out your mask layer for now. Highlight your background layer and floodfill this layer with #COCOOO. Open your mask layer back up & merge all layers visible. Open your nightsky scrapkit that ive provided (plz do not share) & highlight layer 8 & copy-paste onto your canvas as a new layer,then click on your deform tool and stretch your frame out so that it covers most of your canvas. Go back to your scrapkit layers & highlight layer 10 and copy, Click back on your canvas and paste this as new layer & position where you would like it and duplicate twice for a total of 3,next X out all layers but your star layers and merge these visible.Open all layers back up & go back to scrapkit and highlight layer 11 and paste as new layer onto your canvas & duplicate 5 times for a total of 6 and position where u want. X out all layers but star layers and merge visible,now add drop shadow to your star layer of v&h-2, opacity-80,blur-8,color-black.. Go back to scrapkit and highlight layer9(text)©-paste as new layer onto your canvas,add the same drop shadow as above. Open up your tube and copy-paste as new layer ,resize to 80 x 80%, bicubic ticked, resize layers unticked. Position your tube at the bottom so that she is touching the frame then click on your eraser tool,settings as follows rectangle, size-11, H-100, D-100,O-100 and erase parts of her pants,so that it looks like part of her knee is inside the frame . Add the same drop shadow as we did above. Add the scrap copyright and move the opacity to 4 on this layer. Add your watermark and any accents you may want and merge all layers visible. you may resize if you ,this is up to you. save image as Jpeg.
