PHOTO COPYING SERVICES TO SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY FIRMS NATIONWIDE

In a continued effort to serve our clients better, we at LT Services have found that more requests for files are electronic.(On CD's) At times, this is not known until we are at the ODAR office. Therefore, in the interest of high gas prices and parking fees:

FOR ALL FUTURE CD's PICKED UP BY LT SERVICES AND NOT PRINTED OFF BY LT SERVICES THE FEE WILL BE $10.00 (plus postage) PER CD.

LT SERVICES WILL BE GLAD TO PRINT OFF YOUR FILES AND MAIL YOU THE HARD COPY ALONG WITH THE CD FOR $35.00

THE CHARGE FOR A REGULARLY COPIED FILE WILL BE $28.50 PLUS POSTAGE.

IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS SERVICE, PLEASE INFORM THE ODAR OFFICE THAT THEY ARE TO MAIL YOUR ELECTRONIC FILES DIRECTLY TO YOUR FIRM.

If you were told by the ODAR Office that the file was paper and it is added it to my list of requests, once I get to the ODAR office and it found to be an electronice file, I will give the CD BACK to whomever is working the front desk. I'll request that they forward the CD via U.S. Mail to your firm, unless I have been instructed to print the file from the CD. (I would like to thank the firms that have already given me the go ahead to print their file from the CD's.) This saves you time, paper, and toner and is absolutely more cost effective to have me print the file off rather than have staff using valuable office time for the task.

So, in order to save your firm money, please inquire as to whether the file is paper or electronic BEFORE sending me your copy requests. I realize that we don't always get the correct information from the ODAR offices, but I will help in any way I can to bring some clarity to the situation.
