We will then confer with you by scheduling a 15 minute telephone interview to address any questions that you or LT Services may have concerning the completion of your petition

A Means Test will then be conducted to confirm that your circumstances are in compliance with federal guidelines and that you are eligible to file Chapter 7.

If you do not pass the Means Test and you choose to pursue filing a Chapter 7, LT Services recommends that you retain attorney services. If you do pass the Means Test, LT Services will request the final payment of $249.00 (for GA residents and $324 for out of state residents). Once the balance has been received, LT Services will forward to you (2) two copies of your Chapter 7 petition.
