Steel Panthers: World at War:
A windows version of this classic game featuring numerous
improvements, especially in number and variety of available units. Personally,
I find the graphics hard to see and there's a bit too much chrome for my
liking. It's a free download but at 340+ MB expect to tie up your phone line
for most of the day.
Steel Panthers: World War 2:
Another improved version of Steel Panthers, and another free download (this
one’s about 50MB) For me, this is
everything Steel Panthers: World at War should have been. Currently on version
5.

from this and most other sites. Download the latest free evaluation version from
here.
