Ah yes, Clayton Webb, the man who first came into our lives in the episode: "We the People" (JAG: episode 1, season 2).
Back then he was the cold, heartless spy (aka tinman) working under cover as a Special Assistent to the Undersecretary of State, using the JAG people for his dangerous ops and putting national security above everything else. Even their lives. But during these last few years we have seen him grow to become a man loyal to his friends and he has even gone out of his way to help them. Yes, behind his sarcastic remarks and mysterious behaviour, he is just one big ol' teddy bear.

Of course, behind every fictional person, is a normal human being. Clayton Webb is portrayed by one of the most brilliant actors in Hollywood, Steven Culp. Nobody could have been more perfect for this role than him!
