General of the Army: This rank is responsible for the administration of the entire division.  The GOA will be the final executive descision on all Division related matters; if need be an appeal may be made to the Office of the President.  The GOA will have full admin access on all bots, Ventrilo, and will be responsible for updating, paying for, and maintaining the website, www.wfcbnet.com.
General: This rank will serve as #2 executive officer for the Division.  The GEN shall assume responsibility in enforcing rules as well as acting as GOA when the GOA is not immediately available on issues that require immediate attention.  The GEN must be responsible, mature, and active in the coordination of the three games and assist the GOA in the coordination of the Division as a whole.
Lieutanent General: This rank will exist to help the GEN and GOA in administration of the Division.  The LTG will also be in charge of ensuring MP's are doing their job, and will meet on a weekly basis with the SEC to ensure the website, Ventrilo account names, and all rosters are kept up to date.
Major General: This rank exists primarily to assist the LTG in the carrying out of their duties.  The MG must be mature and responsible, and knowledgeable of Battle.net politics and procedures.  The MG will be primarily in charge of dealing with other clans on Battle.net, as well as coordinating the Channels of =WFC= and bot access.
Brigadier General: This rank shall serve as an assistant to the GEN and LTG in the administration of Division duties.  The BG must be active and knowledgeable of the three games, and will be responsible for maintaining a list of attendence of officers at Clan and Division meetings.
Command Sergeant Major: This is a very important rank, and #6 in the Division Chain of Command, with only Generals having a higher authority.  The CSM shall be the most responsible, active, professional, and experienced gamer in the Division, capable of playing extremely well in at least two of the three major games.  The CSM will be in charge of taking care of any member issues that cannot be addressed by COL's and LTC's, and will serve as liasion for all members of the rank MAJ and below to HQ.  The CSM will ensure that all members remain happy and play in a suitable gaming / chat environment, and that clan policy is upheld.  The CSM will also have the final word in authorizing tournaments in any of the three games.
Secretary of State: This rank shall be the equilvalent to CSM in responsibility and power.  The SEC shall server HQ directly in coordinating Ventrilo, the website, and Battle.net channels.  Primary duties of the SEC shall include keeping a full roster of the Division, including age, rank, date of joining, other games active in, and awards.  The SEC will ensure all information is provided to all GEN's as well as to the webmaster, or GOA.  The SEC will attend Clan HQ meetings with the GOA or GEN and ensure Clan policies are upheld.  The SEC will also coordinate with the Secretary of =WFC=.
Battalion Level Ranks and Duties
Military Police: The rank of MP will go to mature, responsible, and active gamers within the division who are capable of loading a bot 24/7 in the Channels of =WFC=.  MP's will have full bot and Ventrilo access and will be the first to hear about disputes between members, other clans, and other enemies or former members of =WFC= who threaten =WFC=.  MP's will report directly to the CSM with any problems, and will give a monthly report to HQ of their findings.  There will be one MP for every 75 active members of the Division.  MP's will also report to the Clan Department of Justice (DOJ).
HeadQuarters Ranks and Duties
Colonel: The rank of Colonel is the most important rank in the Battle.net Division.  Colonels are to be extremely active, highly competent in leadership skills and maturity, and will be amongst the best gamers in their Battalion.  The COL will be in charge of coordinating recruiters, as well as the officers of the battalion they are charged with.  The COL may appoint any rank below him/her, and will serve as the second person members should turn to if they have an issue or problem, the first being their battalion SGM.
Lieutanent Colonel: The rank of Lieutenant Colonel shall serve the same duties of COL with the exception of ability to promote officers.  The LTC may appoint any rank below SGM, and will consult with the COL regarding promoting ranks of SGM and higher.  The LTC will serve as the officer to go to for members when the SGM and COL cannot be reached.  The LTC should be extremely active and profficient in the game they play.
Major:  The Major is a LTC in training.  The MAJ shall take the rank of LTC in the absence or exit of the LTC, and should likewise be a competent gamer and mature, responsible member.  The MAJ will assist the LTC and COL in administration of Battalion Duties, and will keep a written roster of the Battalion at all times.
Captain:  The Captain shall assist the COL and LTC of the battalion with the administration thereof.  The CPT must be a true leader, responsible, active, and able to handle minor disputes.  The CPT will have access to bots on Battle.net.  The CPT is also the lowest rank that can go to the CSM to request a tournament with another clan.
First Lieutenant: The First Lieutenant will assist the CPT in carrying out his/her duties.  The 1LT shall be active, experienced, and responsible, and will be directly in charge of recruiters and the 1SG.  1LT's are the lowest rank which can authorize a scrim with another clan.  The 1LT also has bot access.
Second Lieutenant: The Second Lieutenant is a 1LT in training.  The 2LT will be the lowest officer level member of a Battalion.  The 2LT is someone who is new to Battalion HQ and should be an active, competent gamer, willing to learn how to lead.  The 2LT may be given bot access at the discretion of the COL and LTC.
Sergeant Major: The Sergeant Major of each battalion shall be the best, if not one of the best, gamers in the battalion.  The SGM will serve as liason from all lower ranks to the officers, and is the only enlisted that will take part in officer meetings.  The SGM should speak regularly with the CSM to ensure member needs are being taken care of.  The SGM is the lowest rank that is required to have the password to the offices of COL and LTC, though anyone can have the password at the discretion of the COL.  The SGM may authorize scrims and also is the lowest rank which must have bot access.
First Sergeant: The First Sergeant will serve as assistant to the SGM in the performance of his/her duties.  The 1SG will be a candidate for promotion to 2LT should the spot become open, and should carry a high degree of respect within the battalion.  The 1SG will have bot access at the discretion of the COL and LTC.
Master Sergeant: Like the 1SG, the Master Sergeant will be a candidate for the 2LT position and should exhibit officer qualities.  The MSG shall assume the rank of 1SG in his/her absence, however will not have bot access.  The MSG should be a good gamer, active, and mature.
Recruiter: Skilled gamers who have leadership potential and who have the rank of SFC or SSG may be promoted to the rank of Recruiter.  The RCTR will be in charge of all recruiting practices, and will report directly to the SGM and officers.  The RCTR must recruit at least 2 new members per month.  Any member can recruit, however this position must be aware of the =WFC= Recruitment form, Ventrilo Member access, and procedures and rules for new members of =WFC= and the Battle.net Division.
Sergeant: Members active for an extended period of time, regardless of skill, should acheive this rank.  The SGT will work closely with new recruits and privates, helping them to get acquainted with the Division and Clan.
Staff Sergeant:  The Staff Sergeant exists primarily as a vehicle to train newer members, and is a SFC in training him/herself.  The SSG will be highly active and have the ability to play their game proficiently. 
Sergeant First Class:  The Sergeant First Class is someone who should have been in =WFC= for an extended period of time and should be very familiar with clan and division policies, history, websites, and rules.  The SFC is a position of responsibility, charged with training newer members and ensuring lower ranks are skilled and active.
Medic: The position of Medic is special due to its different responsibilities.  MED's will have the equilvalent rank of SGT, and thier responsibilites will include helping new members learn the ropes of =WFC= and the Battle.net Division on a personal level.  MED's are encouraged to get to know new recruits personally and should be the first friend new recruits make.
Corporal: Corporal is the highest rank someone can enter the Battle.net Division into.  Any new recruit, having passed their one week trial period, may be promoted to CPL ONLY if their skill, ability, and maturity permit so as such.  Beyond that, the CPL rank is for PFC's who have been in the clan for at least three to four weeks, are highly active, and are good members.
Specialist:  When members of =WFC= from other divisions come to the Battle.net Division, and their rank in their previous division was SGT or higher, they will automatically be a Specialist, except for excemptions that can be made only by a General or CSM.  After one week, they may be ranked if they are active.  If they only play casually, and the Battle.net Division is not their primary game in that they don't spend at least a few hours a week playing, they will remain at this rank and remain part of the roster as long as they are seen at least once per month.
Private First Class: The Private First Class rank is open to new recruits who show exceptional skill, and is the next step up for PVT's who have been in the clan for one month.  The PFC's job will be to come on Ventrilo, join a game, and play said game.
Private: The position of Private shall go to new recruits who exhibit a basic knowledge of =WFC= Clan structure, or who are good gamers on Battle.net with a long history with their game.  PVT's will be eligible for promotion to PFC after one month active in =WFC=, provided that they are seen at least twice per week and have no disciplinary action.
Recruit:  The Recruits are members who have been in =WFC= for at least one minute.  RCT is a trial rank, with automatic promotion to PVT after one week, provided activity is shown and no disciplinary action is taken.  RCT's primary job is to be willing to learn about the Clan, Division and their game from the higher officers, be respectful, and enjoy everything the =WarForce Clan= has to offer.
