Its great, what more do you want? TTT EE gives a much more *logical* look at how certain aspects of the movie fit with the book. There are even explanations that make some things seem almost plausible, theres a lot more insight into some of the main characters like owyn, Aragorn and Faramir. The extra scenes add a lot to the film, and whilst I would say that these extra scenes are much better than those in FOTR, the rest of the extras arent quite as good. Theres a lot of still images, and yes I know there are a fair few in FOTR EE, but believe me when I say theyre much more prominent in this set. Dont forget you get to meet Denethor for the first time, in fact, the whole thing is worth it for the scene with Boromir, Faramir and Denethor in Osgiliath. The commentaries arent to be missed! Plans to put Arwen at Helms Deep are quite disturbing although the idea of a scene with Arwen and Aragorn frolicking in their (his) youth seems quiteamusing, shame were just told about it. Also, dont miss those references to Leggy and Gandy. Go, get, buy, borrow, enjoy.
