This is the second Mexican film that I have seen and again it is not a disappointment. It is intense and emotional; it is complex as it brings together three different stories into one by the link of a Mexico City car crash.
It begins with Octavio (Gael Garcia Bernal) and his love for Susana (Vanessa Bauche), and his gambling in the dog fighting seen to get money for them. The second is of Daniel (Alvaro Guerrero) and Valeria (Goya Toledo) who have sacrificed a lot to be together. Last is Chivo (Emilio Echevarria) a Guerrilla who desperately wants to see his daughter Maru.
This film captures you and makes you feel for theses characters, even if it is hate and for this reason I have to give it a high rating, also because it is unique and shows that originality still exists in the world of film.
