| One Masters thoughts on training & punishment; ... NOT what ppl do for pleasure:) |
| When training a dog or other "dumb" animal... we use system of reward and punishment. It works fairly well, but the reason we must use this system is.... we don't speak the same language! When we train a human, we do speak the same language, and therefore the form of punisment can be other than the brutish hitting (spanking). If we spank for being late, if we spank for being early, if we spank because the girl was impolite to a visitor, and if we spank because she did not complete an assingment..... we have missed 4 opportunities to really teach the girl something, to change her attitude and her behavior. What have we taught by spanking her, other than that we like to give pain???? While very young, children are not able to understand concepts etc, we use the sytem of reward and punishment - but obviously other forms would be more effective with an adult when we can explain and truly teach and change attitudes and mind sets. Many more effective forms of punishment are available, such as making her leave IRC and finishing her assingment and thus missing being with her Master. Making a girl write the reason she did wrong is often very effective... some use having the girl write 100 times - I will not do (whatever it was). In other words - punishment should "fit" the crime and be educational - not just be a painful thing that shows a Master has no better creativity than to simply pick up a paddle and hit the girls bottom. In fact - that is often counter productive! I don't believe that a true Master rules with fear and intimidation - which is all I see spanking doing to a girls mindset. Slaves deserve the same level of human dignity as anyone else - we are all human beings! Let us think of educating - of teaching - of changing an attitude and feeling.... rather than giving pain! Being able to hurt her physically, emotionally, even spiritually - doesnt mean we should! This morning a slave was telling me that she sometimes can not sit down for 3 days after a spanking -- by the time he has gone that far, Im sure they both have forgotten why he started in the first place! If spanking is a pleasurable thing to a girl... and you spank her when she does wrong... arent you encouraging wrongful behavior??? Other punishments would be much more useful in a positive way! |
