| Serving should be pleasing to the eye, not to long and boring. One should use enhancements of there body. Is important to use the correct serving vessel more than anything. A serve can be beautiful, but not any good because wrong vessel used to serve it. |
| The 3 basic serves: |
| 1) Blackwyne a) first slave: is usually served by first girl, milk and sugar added b) second slave: is served black *** is served in a mug found on top shelf servery, blackwyne in a cauldron over firepit ....first slave a serving tray is used, with everything placed on it *** 2) Kalana a) red b) white *** is served in a goblet, found on top shelf in servery...can be served chilled or room temperature; chilled found on a rack in back of coldroom...room temperature found off of servery in a rack *** 3) Paga *** served in a 3 footed bowl, found on lower shelf (is heavy) in servery ...can be chilled or room temperature...chilled found in back of coldroom on the rack, along with kalana; room temperature off the servery , too *** Sul Paga is served in 3 footed bowl too, is found in cauldron heating over firepit, is lumpy, one should ask if is prefered strained or not... |
