Drinks:
**Ale (Gorean) :
Our ale is a honey lager, unlike an earthen ale or beer, with a thick sweet taste and a moderate head. A deep golden color our Ale is served traditionally in a tankard or horn filled from the taped cask near the hearth to keep it warm (not hot)

**Bazi tea:
Brewed fresh and hot, served in three small cups. Free who request this beautiful and elaborate serve should be prepared to relax and enjoy a lengthy serve. Note not all girls are trained on this elaborate ceremony

**Blackwine:
A thick, strong and heady brew similar to Expresso or Turkish coffee but much more potent without the muddling effects of some other beverages. Always fresh and hot, it is found in a kettle heating over the fire and served in mugs or a smaller demitasse cups. White (refined) sugar / yellow (unrefined) sugars .. and rich creamy bosk and verr creams can be added to complement the beverage as desired. First slave is with cream and sugar.. second slave is black.

Chocolate:
A lavish and expensive treat for those who wish to indulge their taste buds. Prepared fresh and hot, topped with clotted cream, served in a mug or in small silver or lacquer cups.

Fruit juices:
Pressed fresh daily.. Fruit juices are served cold, poured from a pitcher kept in the cold room

Ka-la-na:
A dry red or white  wine available in bottles or botas. Served warm or cold .  Warm or cold Ka-la-na will be presented in a goblet.

Kal-da:
The favourite of the chilled Warrior to warm you from the inside out. A cheaper yet still worthy ka-la-na is mixed with mulling spices and citrus juice (tospit and larma ) Note: other juices are used depending upon availability and are served hot from the copper kettle over the hearth fire in bowls

Mead:
This is a dark amber colored fermented yet potent wine made from honey. Served in a horn or tankard from a cask by the hearth

Merlot wine:
A burgundy bottled wine made from merlot grapes which is stored at room temperature or chilled and served in goblets

Milk:
Bosk or verr milk, served cold in a goblet, poured from a pitcher kept in the cold room

Mulled ka-la-na:
The good ka-la-na, freshly prepared with mulling spices and juices .. and served in bowls garnished with fresh ka-la-na..

Palm Wine
sweet and thick wine is imported from Schendi in tall bottles reminiscent of the palm trees from which the wine is distilled. It is a strong drink, and is always served in small bowls and at room temperature to keep it from thickening to a syrup

Rence Beer:
Imported from the Rence growers of Port Kar and subject to availability. This is a potent beer,steeped boiled and fermented from the seeds and pith of the Rence plant and served in tankards or goblets

Sa-Paga:
Amber colored alcoholic beverage similar to whiskey but with more *kick* Fermented but is not distilled from the golden Sa-tarna grain .  sa-paga is stored warm in bottles or two foot high bronze paga vessels and is served in bowls.

Sul-Paga:
Clear alcoholic beverage similar to vodka, distilled from the sul.  sul-paga is stored warm or cold in ornate bottles or botas and is served in bowls.

Ta-wine:
A delicate dry white bottled wine from the Island of Cos. suitable to the tastes of the Free Woman .Served in goblets and best served at room temperature but available chilled if asked for .

Turian wine:
A deep, red, very sweet bottled desert wine .. that is served at room temperature or chilled in goblets

Water:
Fresh Spring Water from the mountains. Spring water may be ordered room temperature or poured chilled from a pitcher kept in the cold room and will be served in a goblet.
