Post War |

| Example #1 |

PW #1 is a shelter half with sewn grommets and plastic buttons the fabric is courser than it's post war counterparts. Due to this materials course feel I believe it may be WW2 era or very early post war manufacture. |

PW #2 Is a shelter quarter/poncho. It has rivetted metal buttons and metal grommets. The pattern is the same as its PW and original counterparts except the brown is jagged and blurred. The material has a tight almost silky feel to it. Although the brown is very dark, like WW2 era , the type of fabric it was printed is consistant with post war manufactured camouflage. |

Example #3 |

PW #3 is a shelter quarter/poncho. It has rivetted metal buttons and metal grommets. This example has a makers stamp on its reverse (see marking page for close up). The material is a tight weave that gives it a silky almost plastic feel. Although the colors are similar to WW2 era camouflage, the other numerous construction factors indicate this is post war. |

PW #4 is a shelter half with rivitted metal buttons and metal grommets. This example needs no further discription. The brown is more of a rust color and the green is almost aqua in color. The material is woven tight and it has the post war slippery feel. |
