Just some of the comments I have heard from many of my happy clients.
I follow the steps below for all of the driveways that I seal- to provide my clients with a lasting peice of charm and entrance.
1. Properly block off the entire area to keep anyone from walking on surface.
2. Clean the blacktop with pressure using water and a non foamy cleaner.
3. Scrape any loose pieces of blacktop from cracks and corners.
4. Fill all the cracks and edges with asphalt crack filler.
5. Seal the entire surface with a heavy coat.
6. Allow the sunlight and warmth to dry the surface for no less than 24 Hrs.
7. Apply a second coat after first is COMPLETELY DRY.
8. Allow to dry and soak in for 24-48Hrs.
9. Remove barriers and enjoy the new, clean surface.
10. Proudly display the LAWN SERVICES PLUS sign in your lawn.
