Yup, that's the place.  Good ol' MTU.  You can check out the home page, or see what I have to put up with in my curriculum; Chemical Engineering, with a minor in Economics.  Figure out how I put those two together... good luck.  I really do like it up here though.  Houghton is a great place to live, and the people are the best.  Not to mention this is one of the best engineering schools around, especially when it comes to getting a job and making lots of money when you graduate.

I live on campus, in
Douglass Houghton Hall. I like it here in DHH; it's a nice place.  The building was built in the 30's, and it still retains a lot of character.  Many of my friends also live here, so it's nice to be able to walk down the hall and visit anytime.  My best friend used to live right across the hall, and we got in a lot of trouble for shouting at each other during quiet hours.  Needless to say, we ended up spending a lot of time in each other's rooms.  The food here isn't even always bad.  I can usually find something to eat in the caf.  If not there, the Campus Cafe in Wadsworth Hall has really good grilled cheese.

October 6, our first snowfall for the year.  Earlier than usual, but at least it didn't stick for long.  Classes are well under way now.  This has been a really pretty fall, I hope winter doesn't come too soon.  It's always great when the snow starts to come, but it's here for so long that you get sick of it after not seeing the sun for months on end.  But we can always look forward to Winte Carnival!
