I realize today,
That my life is going nowhere
And when I reminisce
It's just to much to bear
I still live in a dream world
Where nothing can go wrong
And when I come back
The stench of reality is to strong
"You need to grow up"
Is all I ever hear
But looking at the real world
Brings me to tears
I am growing up
And there's nothing I can do
But in this thing called life
I don't know if I'll make it through
All I can do
Is stay on track
Because in the game of life
There is not turning back
