| Below are a list of pieces that every student flutist should become acquainted with. Besides being wonderful works of art, the flute figures prominently in most these works, so have a listen! You can very often go to Barnes and Nobles, Tower Records or Borders to find relatively cheap cds of these works. The Naxos label is a great place to start. (Their recordings are usually around $7!) |
