| For those of you wondering who I am; my name is Leslie Sedlay and I am a language arts teacher in the Olmsted Falls City Schools District. I have been teaching at the district's high school for twenty-eight years. Through the Savvy Cyberteacher course, I have learned some compelling uses of the Internet which is one of the main goals of the Stevens Institute's Alliance Project. This project encompasses teachers in four states and has been growing in leaps and bounds. The result will hopefully be a network of teachers trained to integrate the net into their classroom instruction. Since then,I have completed my master's degree at Baldwin Wallace College in Educational Technology, enabling me to bring more technology into my classroom. I am looking forward to this new school year and all that it may bring. |
