Step 2. Maintain Your Active Status as Business Associate (BA). After you signed up, you are automatically registered as Business Associate (BA). You can start right away your manpower pooling agency business using the permits and license of LERRIXX Manpower Agency by referring applicants for household help (all around maid, cook, baby-sitter, old-sitter, laundry woman, etc.), or refer those who are currently working as house helpers or company workers who want to join the system to earn higher salary and benefits. You can start earning a commission of Php300.00 per applicant plus 20 points credit for every house helper you referred or 10 points credit for every company worker. You need to have at least 30 points a month to maintain your active status as BA. You can claim your commission through your Smart Money or ATM account one (1) week after they signed the contract with the agency. You can open a Smart Money account at any Smart Wireless Center in your area then register the account number with us through email or text; or we can send your ATM card when you have accumulated cash incentives of Php5,000.00 loaded with the total balance after deducting the processing fee and/or service charge of the bank. Step 3. Be a Supervisor and Start Earning from the LRM One System Program#1. Motivate your recruits.
