HOW I SPEND MY DAYS: Executive director of MEGA, a nonprofit organization that provides develop- ment services to entrepreneurs and microbusiness owners

SINCE 1980: Graduated from the University of Maryland in 1984 with a BS in Health Policy and Chemistry and graduated in 1988 from the University of North Carolina with an MS in Health Care Administration (GO *HEELS!!!).

Served as director of human resources, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, from 1990 to 1992, then moved to director of Infant Mortality Prevention in the Governor*s Office for Children until 1996.

In 1997, I moved to the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta.
