Youre... huh?

Pregnant! You heard me the first time, damn fox!

I know what I think I heard, but I didnt think it was possible when I heard it. Kuramas eyes were so wide it looked as though they ought to have fallen out of his head and gone rolling around on the floor like great malachite marbles. Hieis eyes were narrow and getting narrower by the second. They were also getting suspiciously red and moist-looking.

So... how...? A Koorime thing? Kurama answered himself in confusion. Hiei nodded, screwing up his face and gritting his teeth furiously.

Stupid...! He hissed, hot tears sliding down his cheeks. I went to Yukina for this! I didnt know and now she knows Im part Koorime... and apart from that He broke off with a choking sound. Fox...

Kuramas eyes returned to their normal size and he immediately enveloped the smaller demon in a tight embrace. Hiei... Hiei, its all right it doesnt matter. Just think with me. He soothed. What do you want to do?

I dont know! Hiei hissed into his neck. He was silent for a few moments. I dont want to throw them away. He whispered finally. Kurama smiled into Hieis hair. No, the half-breed could never do something like that to children, whether he wanted them or not. Not after what he had been through. Kurama cuddled the smaller demon gently.

Well, then, whats the matter?

Hiei was silent. Kurama sighed.

Did you think I would be upset?

Hiei remained silent. Kurama smiled slightly. Its all right, you know. I love children. Hiei shifted slightly in his arms. Kurama tilted his head to rest it upon the half-breeds.

Hiei, what part of Ill stay with you forever, if youll have me didnt you understand? He teased lightly. Hieis fists clenched in the dark green material of his shirt and Kurama found himself the recipient of the hungriest kiss the fire demon had yet dispensed. Kuramas hand found its way to the back of Hieis neck and he played with the fire demons hair until Hiei pulled back and glared at him.

It was a rather watery glare. Kurama couldnt have that.

So, have you figured out how youre going to tell Kuwabara that youre having a baby? Two, even?

The glare intensified. Kurama smirked. Better.
