| Yes. Teams of teachers, with consultant assistance, have participated in developing and implementing instructional models in reading and mathematics for grades K-10. |

| Yes. We are exploring a model in science as well as other interdisciplinary models. |

| Yes. The State Department of Education has played a major role in the developmental process with grants awarded to the Okeechobee County School District and has expressed interest in a state wide dissemination project. |

| Dr. Jack Foley working with the past superintendent, Mr. Danny Mullins and the current superintendent, Ms. Phoebe Raulerson, developed grant proposals that were funded by the State Department of Education. Teams of teachers at all schools were organized and, with consultant assistance, designed and implemented these programs. |

| Yes. In the initial stages selected schools from Brevard County, Martin County, and Marion County participated. |
| Q: Are you available to do dissemination programs for regional education centers as well as school districts? |
| Yes. Dr. Jack Foley has conducted a number of regional programs including FASA and SACS for both the elementary and secondary commissions. |

| Yes. Specialized services include the evaluation of educational programs and services, instructional program design, grant writing, the evaluation of grants, organizational studies, presentation designs, and conducting school evaluations. |

| Beth Foley serves as the consultant for educational technology and is responsible for the design and production of all products. We receive many compliments on the instructional quality of all current instructional models. |
