The Lop Rabbit Club of Ohio is dedicated to
the promotion of the two breeds it represents, English and French Lops.
The LRCO seeks to improve the popularity and create a commonality for the
rbeeder and exhibitors of the two breeds.
The Lop Rabbit Club of Ohio sponsors several Specialty shows each year.
These shows are held in conjunction with All Breed shows and offer double
judging oppurtunities for Lop exhibitors.
The Lop Rabbit Club of Ohio sponsors Sweepstakes in both Youth and Open
for English and French Lop exhibitors.
The Lop Rabbit Club of Ohio publishes a quarterly Newsletter to keep members
updated as to Lop Club activites.
The Lop Rabbit Club of Ohio hosts the Lop Rabbit Club of America Nationals
every few years as in 2001. This major event draws Lops from across
the Nation and Canada and features an awards banquet, annual meeting and
LRCA Auction.
The LRCO is also responsible for hosting the English and French Lops at
the ARBA Convention as in 2000 at Columbus, Ohio.
Membership in the LRCO is open to anyone regardless of the state they reside
in, though the right to hold office is limited to Ohio members.
