| Chapter 13 *3 days later* I was in my hotel room, watching TV, when there was a knock on my door. I went over to open and outside was Daisy. �Hey, girl. I was wondering if you�d like to go out? Me and the rest of the girls are going out. Sorta like celebrating we�re the lucky ones.� Daisy asked with a smile. �Sure. It will just be us girls then?� I asked. �Well, we haven�t really checked with any of the guys, so� if you wanna invite them, you�re more than welcome.� She said. �Well, only if you want them to, Queen Bitch 1.� I said, grinning, as I talked about her screen name. �Sure, would be fun, Queen Bitch 2.� She laughed. I laughed too. �Dais, you�re so crazy!� I said and hugged her. Daisy had quickly become a great friend - she was just so down to earth, crazy, funny plus she was a doll. She was so sweet! �Okay, just let me change and we�re outta here. I�ll ask Justin and the rest of the guys too?� I said. �Sure thing. See ya in a few.� Daisy smiled and walked into her own room. I quickly changed into a pair of black leather pants, babyblue tanktop, black boots and put on some eyeshadow and lipgloss and I was all set to go. I grabbed my cellphone, purse and some money and walked over to Justin�s room. He opened and his eyes almost popped out. �Whoa, you look hot! Why haven�t you worn that before?� He asked. �Maybe because there hasn�t been a good occasion? Well, there is now. We�re going out, so get your ass ready. And tell the other guys too, please. And lastly, close your mouth, okay?� I grinned as I turned around and walked over to Daisy�s room. �Can I come in?� I asked, knocking lightly on the door. �Sure, come on in, girl.� She called. I walked in and saw Daisy trying to fix her hair. �Damn this thing!� She yelled, as she sighed and sat down on her bed. �Let me help ya. What were you trying to do?� I asked. �Pigtails.� She giggled. �Pigtails? Hahaha, oh my goodness, why?� I asked. ��Cause I�m going for the naughty schoolgirl look tonight. Maybe I can get Justin that way.� She said with a smile. I felt my heart sting when she said that. �What?� I asked. �What what?� She said and smiled. �You like Justin?� I asked. �Well, yeah� he�s cute, y�know? I mean, you don�t like him that way, do ya? You�re just friends, right?� She said. �Yeah� yeah, of course we�re just friends. That�s cool!� I said with a smile and decided to ignore the feeling in my stomach. *At the club* I was out on the floor with Josh, dancing to Destiny�s Child�s �Fancy� and I was having so much fun. When the song ended, we walked back to the booth we were all squeezed in. I�d had some drinks when another drink came along. �I didn�t order that.� I said, as I sat down on Justin�s lap. �You don�t mind me sitting here, do ya, hun?� I asked, smiling to him. Justin smiled. �Of course not.� He said and kissed me. �Excuse me? The drink is from the gentleman over there.� The bartender said, pointing. �Nick! Oh my god, it�s Nicky!� I shrieked and quickly walked over. He was sitting on a stool by the bar. �Hey, sweetie!� I said and hugged him. He laughed as he hugged back. �Hey you drunken self, you.� He smiled. �I ain�t drunk.� I said, grinning. �Yes, you are. Well, a little light headed then.� He said with a smile. �I knooooow, but it feels good. Thanks so much for the drink. Hey, where the hell did it go?� I asked, looking around. �You left it at the table.� Nick said, pointing. �Oh yeah, that�s right, I did. Hehe, excuse me.� I said and I walked over to get my drink. �What are you doing here anyway?� I asked, once I was back. �Well, I�m recording with my music group here too.� He said and smiled. �Really? That�s so cool. Maybe we can see more of each other then.� I said, hugging him again. �Haha, maybe, that would be great. You sure get loveable when you�re drunk, huh?� Nick teased, as he winked. �What do you mean?� I asked. �Well, hugging everybody. Plus I saw you sitting on Justin�s lap before. What�s the deal? Did you break up with Ashley and are you seeing Justin now then?� Nick asked. �Naw. Ash and me broke up, yeah, but he said that we could get back together maybe. I ain�t seeing Justin, though. We�re just friends.� I said. �Ah. That�s why you sat on his lap?� Nick grinned. �What, why can�t I do that to a friend? I�d to it to you too, if you wanted me to.� I offered with a smirk. �I think you�d fall off, �cause I�m sitting at this. Thanks anyway.� Nick said with a smile. �No problem. Hey, do you wanna dance?� I asked. They were playing �Lady Marmalade� with Christina Aguilera, Pink, Mya and Lil Kim. �Sure.� Nick said, as he took my hand and we walked out on the dance floor. �Voulez-vous coucher avec moi, ce soir�� I sang along, as we danced. �Love to.� Nick said with a smirk. �Love to what?� I asked. �Sleep with you tonight.� Nick said and smiled. �Haha, I never said anything about that?� I said. �Um, yes, you did. What you just said in French means that in English. Didn�t you had French in school?� Nick asked. �No. I had German instead. Spechen Sie Deutsch?� I asked and stuck out my tongue at him. �Say what?� Nick asked. �Hahaha, nevermind, sweetie.� I said as we kept dancing. When the song ended, I offered Nick to sit with us and he said he�d like that, but he had to call his friend first. �Who? Someone cute?� I asked, grinning. We were outside, while Nick was turning on his cellphone. �Cute? Nah, more like a freak. He�s cool, though.� Nick said. �What�s his name?� I asked, as I leaned up against Nick. �Alex, but we just call him AJ.� Nick said. �Cool name. I like it. Alex, that is.� I said. �Yeah, he�s awesome. Hold on, babe, I�m just gonna call him.� Nick said, as he pressed some buttons. �AJ, it�s Nick. Dude, ya gotta come down to this club� Of course there�s girls here, man! Lots of them� Okay, so when can you be here then?� Aight, I�ll see ya then�. Yeah, it�s named Spirit� Okay, later, dude!� Nick said and hung up. �Are you gonna wait out here for him?� I asked, as I put my arms around Nick and closed my eyes. �Yeah, I think I better. Why? You wanna wait here with me?� Nick asked, as he put his arms around my waist. �Yes, �cause I feel a bit drunk and some air might do me good then.� I said, resting my head on his chest. �Definitely.� Nick said, kissing my cheek. �Y-you kissed me.� I stuttered. �Well� can�t friends do that?� Nick softly said. �Well, uh, yeah, I-I guess�� I got out, as Nick leaned his face down to mine. Seconds after, our lips touched and it felt as if my skin was on fire. �Excuse me!� Someone just said and I jumped away and Nick did the same. �Holy crap, AJ, you scared the living shit outta me!� Nick said. �Sorry, man. Who�s the bird?� He asked with an English accent. �She�s not a bird, thank you very much, you may wanna get rid of your Johnny NoName-thing tonight. This is Ann. I think I�ve told you about her?� Nick asked. �Told me about her? You mean yapping about her for hours and cursing Ashley Angel to hell? Oh yeah, you�ve told me about her alright!� AJ said. �Ok, I�m just gonna ignore what you just said there. Nice meeting you, by the way.� I said, smiling to Alex. �Yeah, you too. Wanna stay out here and get all kissy-touchy? Or should we go inside, get drunk and paaaar-tay???� AJ asked. �The last!� I said with a smile. We all walked back inside and I led AJ to our table while Nick went to get drinks. �Nice meeting y�all.� AJ said and took a seat next to Daisy. Daisy was talking to Justin, but when the drinks came, she turned her head and then spotted AJ. She completely froze! �Hey girl.� AJ said, grinning and taking off his sunglasses. �Oh my god.� I heard her whisper. �Uh, Brat, hunny, can we talk for a sec?� She asked, standing up and pulling me with her, her eyes never leaving AJ�s. �Yes?� I said, once we were out in the ladies room. �Who the hell was that?� She asked. �AJ, Nick�s friend. Why?� I asked. ��Cause he was HOT, my gosh!� She said. �Well, I�m sure you�ll get him in that outfit.� I winked. �Oh my god, you�re right. I look like Britney Spears! What do I do?� She asked, all nervous of sudden. �I was serious, you can go out, looking like that, I�m sure he�ll like it. Did Justin fell for it?� I asked. �I dunno� no, I better change it.� She said. �How?� I asked. �Well, starting with this.� She said as she let her hair hang out instead of the pigtails. �Dais, calm down! I�m sure he�ll like you no matter what! I mean, why wouldn�t he? You�re such a great girl, how could he not love you? Besides, it�s not what�s outside that matters, you know that.� I said, hugging her. �Yeah, I know.� She said with a sigh. �Now just be cool, go in there and get him. I know you can do it.� I said, smiling. �Yeah. Thanks again, Brat.� She said as she hugged me. �For what?� I asked, smiling. �For just being you and being my friend.� She smiled as we walked out and back in to the rest of the guys.
