| The Boeing X-32 is an experimental prototype for the new Joint Strike Fighter. Boeing unveiled two X-32 demonstrators in Palmdale, California during December 1999. The X-32 is capable of conventional takeoff and landing, short takeoff and vertical landing, and includes carrier-approach flying qualities.
