| Each summer an �Emergency Update� form is sent home to you. Please make every effort to check the information on this form, make any necessary corrections, and return it to the office. It is also important that you inform the office of any changes in home and/or work phone numbers during the school year. These are the numbers that we will use to contact you should your child become ill, injured, miss the bus, etc. IMPORTANT: Please do not send anyone to pick your child up if their name is not listed in our files. We will not release any child to an unauthorized person. If it becomes necessary to send someone else, please send a note to the office with your child informing us of that person�s name. This person will be required to show identification. If you call to inform us of a change in dismissal plans, it will be necessary for us to call back to confirm this with you. Likewise, if you call for your child to take the bus home (ex: instead of going to latchkey), it will be necessary for us to call and confirm this change. If we cannot confirm the change, we will not be able to honor it. Thank you for your understanding and anticipated cooperation in this very important matter. |
