Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: approx 4 minutes per pancake

Serving Size: approx 12 4" pancakes

Utensils/Equipment Needed: mixing bowls (2), wooden spoon, fry pan, spatula

Temperatures: medium-high heat (350 C)

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda large
pinch salt

2-1/4 cups milk (or buttermilk)
3 eggs
4 tbsps melted butter or oil

Method/Instructions:

Mix together dry ingredients (first three) in one bowl. Mix together wet ingredients in other bowl. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined. Pour pancakes in ¼ cup portions into buttered/oiled pre-heated fry pan. Wait until bubbles have popped on surface to turn. Cook another 2 minutes and voila! Pancakes!

Serving Suggestions: Serve with Maple Syrup, fruit syrup, fresh fruit and whipped cream, or jam.

Anything Else?: good with Bacon!
