If you have a website which you would like to get online then I have found the best free site is Freeservers.com, where you can get http://yoursite.8m.com, like I did absolutely free. Unforunately Freeservers only supports HTML and images, you can't upload sounds or video clips. However, if you want somewhere to upload your sound files try Yahoo Geocities, this supports sounds, zip files and video clips.
However, if you want to make a site, but don't have a package to do so, this neat little program, (which I use), should serve your purpose. However, if you want to make particually complicated pages, then you should try a larger package which you can probably get free from a demo disk.
