I realize its not true. 

My heart doesn't belong to you, 

my heart belongs to someone new. 

I will always love you, 

but the truth is I'm not in love with you. 

My heart is true to someone new.

I wrote this poem because I love my girlfriend but I'm not in love with her an had to let her know the way I felt.
