Epic Tech was established is 2019, our mission is to work hard to enrich lives of our customers through technology. We do this by solving technology problems, and address customers needs through different areas including entertainment, communication, security, and productivity.
We live in a technology driven society, it is our present as well as our future. Technology is a necessity and a way of life.
Visitors will find our items affordable and will cater to their technological needs.
Our goal is for them to see what we offer and either purchase items from our site or visit our storefront location.
Our target audience is all ages. Since technology is everywhere, our younger generation has become more technology savvy.
The steps I took to make sure my page met the objective; was to make sure I follow each module requirement that I need to add to my website.
What made me pick the design that I created for my website was because I love technology. I want to create a place for any age group to come, and purchase hardware, software, and e-books for a reasonable price.
For my home page I chose a background theme of grey, font is black, and red, for my borders I used black and blue, and my box colors are grey. The reason for the colors is because when I think of technology I think of those colors, and it makes my page look really nice to me. The videos I chose on my page symbolize technology, and how technology is everywhere. Our minds also help create and build different thing to create technology like robots. The audio I chosen is a sound of technology. My purchase sites 1-3 have the products of what user can purchase from each category: hardware, software, books. My about us page I chose a grey and white theme to go with the theme of the home page. The audio I used also remind me of technology when I listen to it. The image on my page is my favorite image, because it showing a human hand connecting with a robotic hand. In this world we have the power to create anything we want when it comes to building, and designing the future in technology.
To make my website engaging I chose nice color schemes, audio, video, and images to draw in my audience.
Honestly, I do not have future planes or improvement for this site in the future. This site was for fun, and training purposes.
If I had more time, I would had created something on my purchase site for user to click on to make a purchase, and have a cart to where they can purchase their product.
For future updates I do not see myself doing more with this website after the term ends.
