"Annie"
Amber and Annie were orphaned as puppies at the age of 2 1/2 weeks, and surrendered to LBR when the breeder felt that they weren't thriving on traditional hand raising.  We decided to give it a shot.  These girls were literally half-pints, and came in with a mild dermatitis to boot.  After weeks of feeding them both a special mixture recommended by a long time breeder of show boxers and good friend to Erin, Peggy Otto of PRO Boxers in Summerville, they both were happy, healthy and ready for vaccinations and to be adopted to new loving homes.
Annie was adopted in Oct. 2002, to a family who ended up having to return her unexpectedly in April of 2003 due to a grandbaby on the way, and not having enough room for Annie once the expected parents move in and the baby arrives.

Annie was adopted in April 2003 by a fantastic couple in the local area.  She will be going for daily walks with her new mom and will be enrolled in obedience classes this summer!  :)  We are thrilled for Annie and want to congratulate the Hunter family!
