The first photo was taken on vacation last July, the second photo was taken 19 weeks into my Low Carb journey.
The first photo, I was roughly size 18 and about 185-190 pounds, that has to be my heaviest ever.
The second photo,
I am roughly 150 pounds and a size 12.
