Best Muffins you will ever make....
Way better than the Atkins box mixes
You can make these any flavor you would like...see note on bottom.

1 stick softened salted butter
2 cup equivelant liquid splenda or bulk splenda
6 eggs
1 8oz package cream cheese softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 bananna extract
2 cups wheat protien isolate powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon corn starch

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients together until smooth, grease muffin tins or
spray Pami on cup cake papers and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
test one to make sure they are done and not wet on the inside...may need a
few minutes more depending on your oven...my mom had to bake them for 30 minutes.

Yield 18 muffins
with liquid splenda recipe's total net carbs 18 carbs.... 1 carb per muffin

Try this with lemon extract, chopped blueberries with blueberry extract, 2 tbl corn meal insted of poppy seeds...anything you would like.
