Nana's Butter Ball Cookies
makes about 30 cookies
23 carbs total = less than 1 gram each

1 cup butter
1/2 cup splenda (bulk)                             12 carbs
1/2 cup equivelant liquid splenda
2 cups wheat protein isolate powder         3 carbs
1 cup chopped pecans                             16 carbs - 8 fiber

Preheat oven to 350, cream butter and splenda's, mix in WPI and pecans and mix until well combines.  Chill for 1 hour.  Roll into 3/4" balls...these should stay as balls and not spread...should lol....i aint guaranteeing nothing lol.
Bake for 10-12 minutes...gotta sample to find your right cooking time.  allow to cool.
