| Peanut Butter Balls |
| 1 Jar natural peanut butter (I prefer chunky) 1 1/2 cup Wheat Protein Isolate 1.7 ml liquid splenda or 1 cup powder splenda dash of salt to taste Mix all together, do this in a stong stand mixer or by hand you will kill a hand mixer... and roll into 3/4" balls. I store in the freezer and they defrost almost immediately. You can also cover them in melted carbolite bars. Carbolite bars are waxier so they work best, if you use another brand just add some food grade parafin wax. Yields 30 3/4" balls...27g net carbs for the entire recipe or less than 1 carb each. |
