Kim's full name is Kimberlee. It has a rather unusual spelling. She was named after her Aunt who was given the middle name of Lee. Kim hails from the small suburb of Farmington, Connecticut. She spends her summers working as a camp counselor, and to this point in her life she has only had one "real" job. She worked in a hospital payroll department before her senior year in high school. She decided the job was too stressful for someone sixteen years old. She vowed not to work in a stressful job until she was older and had taken classes in the area. She believes that this organizational behavior class is the first one in the right direction.

She is the oldest child in her family, and has one younger brother. Her parents remain married after over twenty-five years. Her father holds a very interesting job in health-care management. He is the one who has inspired Kim to go into a business career.

Kim is currently a sophomore living on the first floor of Walsh, with Hilarie, another member of Team Lovin'. Here at Boston College she is a member of the women's rugby team. She is a student in the Carroll School of Management, and has a concentration of General Management. She is eagerly anticipating this organizational behavior class, as she believes that two of her concentration classes will be in the Human Resources Management area.
