Cardboard standee, stage background, and lenticular card.

This box wasn't particularly special because all KaleidoStar Volume one boxes came with these extras not just specialty marked ones. Also, every volume afterwards came with a different character standee. I just wanted to have it picuted because it really is a cute concept for an extra.
