MY POMMY TRIP
On the 20th June 2000 i departed Brisbane airport with my school cricket team en route to Osaka, Japan on an overnight stay from which we left the next day for Scotland. In Scotland we played 2 weak teams and one pretty good team and enjoyed mixed success. My main reason for the trip was not the cricket however but mainly to see the UK and then spend 2 weeks with my wonderful relatives after the team left after the first 2 weeks. Ignoring the few games we lost and the controversial issue between the two teachers who took us (let's just say the deceiving, once respected, teachers who were of different genders who were married..not to each other of course... stayed in the same room...need i say more?), I had a FAB time. I probably enjoyed my time with rellies in the last 2weeks more than the first 2 weeks of cricket and site seeing mainly cos they were so cool. But most of the pics on the following pages are from the first 2 weeks cos I had alot of things to take pictures of from all the great places we went. So enjoy.
