Honestly, I am really confused about what the frame story is in this. I can't figure out where one story ends and the other begins.

| So I read the short story "The Garden of Forking Paths" by Jorge Luis Borges and I am totally lost! What I got from the story is there is this guy who is a spy and he is looking for some place. He seems very aware of his surroundings and not really sure of where he is headed. Then he shows up at this persons house and he find out about his great grandfather who created a labyrinth which ended up being a book. And then that person who was telling him all this became his enemy. Honestly, I am really confused about what the frame story is in this. I can't figure out where one story ends and the other begins. |
