| looking at you is like looking at something thats just black and white i can't feel you; apathy rules these veins where blood used to be i'd give anything for the many colors you used to be, the ones i kept in my heart cause now your changed and my heart doesn't keep you the same admist your million and one faults you pick the one i'm no good at though you play the victim so convincingly, i know your laughing in your sleep for you set me up only to watch me fail like some sadistic maniac and you make me seem so piteous, when you knew i'd be wrong all along heroes are meant for admiration, not to be coddled like infants and if i can't have your color, than i will keep your two tones sometimes we're not meant to have it all like we desperately want yet i long for what once was, and perhaps i will till the end of eternity |
