within me like the sun admist outer space
these words i start to speak, slowly emanates
like a burning flame into the bitter coldness
i know my prescence in this moment initiates
a thousand possibilities i have yet to witness
quietly, i revel in my rightfully earned wisdom
a maturity acquired and trapped in young flesh
i'm a dreamer, and i dream of the things to come
things i'm yearning endlessly for, i must confess
but things i'm wondering if i'll ever get to see form
cause every day goes and the aching takes over my chest
i don't know why i wait for someone to say something
when i already know the words sounding off their tongue
and though there are lows, i know i can't go on missing
when everything i could ever want can be easily found
it's not where everyone has been taught to go looking
cause its within, love begins inside and it's screaming so loud
it's the energy within radiating like a firecracker in july
and it's the only answer you'll ever need in this life
