Maya used to be a support guitarist for Miyavi, his name being Maayatan. I think he and Miyavi were pretty
close friends, since they did so much fanservice together. While still with Miyavi, Maya and other support members also played
live shows as LM.C. Later they were joined by Aiji, formerly of Pierrot. After Maya quit Miyavi's band and Aiji's band Pierrot
disbanded, LM.C made their major label debut in October of 2006, releasing their first single.
Maya can be described as crazy, cute, energetic, and eccentric. He has put together his own style, disowning his
punkish pre LM.C look. He also loves lollipops and Starbucks. During lives, he is very active and loves to interact with his fans.
