Ease of Use: Four Stars
It goes without saying that most of these dyes are easy to use. Not really rocket science here. Apply, saturate, wait, rinse. Um, yeah.
Availability: Four Stars
You can find Punky most places that carry freakish hair dye. And while it doesn't hold the same coolness level as name dropping MP or Raw, it shouldn't matter cause your hair is freakin' green and you don't give a rat's ass what those little Ambercrombie wearing kids in Hot Topic think!
Affordability: Four Star
This product is no more expensive than it's main competitor, MP. you get a lot of color, and it cover's well, unlike Fudge. So you won't find yourself scurrying to the store for more dye.
Fade Factor: Four Stars
I've had several shades of Punky in my hair, and have had little problems with fading. Of course there was the usual pink foam in the shower, but I wasn't expecting a miracle. Thankfully, no pillows were harmed in the testing of this product.
